I have another review that I wrote about this mic, but B&H's website doesn't appear to let me update that review. I've now been using this mic almost daily for over a year. The audio is crisp and clear, background noise is kept to a minimum, and people on the other end of the meeting/phone call give compliments on the detail that this mic captures. I used to use a condenser mic, but that also had the annoying feature of picking up a lot of 60Hz hum. This mic doesn't do that and I didn't have to make any adjustments to the room either. For the person who mentioned they couldn't fit it in a shockmount, it has one internally. That is why the mic is the size that it is. For those complaining about the USB port, mine hasn't had any issues. I accidentally bent the micro usb connector on the cheap cable they shipped with it and the mic survived just fine. The cable, on the other hand, was useless after that. I solved this problem by finding a 90 degree USB adapter so that the connector isn't pointing straight out the back of the mic. It now sits mostly flush and swiveling the mic is more likely to cause the adapter to disconnect at the other end. If your laptop, like mine, is usb-c only, don't try to buy long usb-c to usb-c cables. They are crazy expensive. Instead, try to buy a usb-c to mini or micro usb-b cable. They are much cheaper. My setup is usb-c to micro usb (10 feet), then an adapter from micro-usb to usb-c (1 inch), and then finally a short usb-c to 90 degree micro-usb adapter (6 inches). 5 |

This refurbished lens works as it should, is indistinguishable from a new lens except for its packaging and limited 90-day warranty. Optically it is very good, in a nice lightweight housing. Obviously not as durable as a heavier and more expensive 18-xx lens, but should work well for a casual walk-around lens. A genuine bargain. 5 |

I still love my Epson 710HD and have used a couple of knock-off bulbs for the past 2 years. I am on year 8 with my projector and after the original lamp dimmed out, I tried 4 bulbs from the Big A online store. 1 arrived DOA and I successfully returned it for credit. The 2nd would flicker occasionally, so I emailed seller who said they would send a replacement - but they never did. So if you try a knock-off, make sure it has Free Returns on the description and simply return immediately it if you have a problem. I read about several knock-off bulbs exploding in people's projectors and other problems. So I, a tight-wad by nature, finally decided to get the REAL bulb. Before I ordered it, I contacted Epson for clarification on the 90 day warranty - it took half a dozen emails to them but finally got a reply saying they warranty it to not die, be dim, or flicker for 90 days. . . and if there is an issue, they would replace it. Here is the quote: If you were to purchase the lamp through B&H Photo, who is one of our authorized resellers, we will absolutely honor the warranty. B&H's policy is that if a lamp fails either immediately after it has been installed or anytime thereafter during the 90 day warranty period, that you contact us for the exchange for a replacement, which we would be happy to provide. Notice that you contact Epson, not B&H. Also, the Epson rep never directly answered my question about cross-shipping or sending a new one before I return the defective one. Anyway, I am now on day 20 and the bulb has worked flawlessly (about 2 hours a day). I do notice that the cooling fan runs a bit louder, but that is probably because the original lamp is a bit brighter (even in ECO mode). If I can get the 3 years of use like I did the original, I'll be happy. 5 |

I'm a part-time professional photographer and bought this remote for my new Fujifilm X-T2. I bought this rather than the RR-90 because of some negative reviews I read about the RR-90: particularly the micro-USB. Fujifilm tech support said that the RR-100, with the pin rather than the micro-USB, would work with the X-T2 as well as with newer camera models, so I selected the RR-100. Using the Kirk L-plate for the X-T2, the 90-degree pin attachment allows the remote to be used with the camera in portrait as well as landscape orientation. So far, the remote has performed flawlessly. 5 |

I received this as a warranty replacement for a version 1, since the on off button is no longer available for the micro usb style. I was very impressed with them offering me a replacement free under warranty and how easy the process was. The bite cap is an awesome added feature as I would use a piece of poly tubing on my old one. They processed the warranty claim quickly and got my replacement shipped quickly too. Love the 3 levels of brightness and that it is now usb-c charging which means less time to charge. I just wish it would be brighter using the AAA alkaline batteries but I kind of understand why they didn't. 5 |

This is a warranty exchange from its predecessor with the micro USB charge port and it's definitely brighter and charges faster. The only downside I noticed was the switch. It is recessed and can be problematic to turn on and off. Also it gets hot while on high, don't know if it's normal but will be checking into this. Otherwise it's good. 5 |

I got sent the new version to warranty my old hp3r I had a micro USB charging style, been taking some getting used to with how the new cap twists instead of a quarter turn and pull. Brighter light and better knurling everything seems smoother far as getting to the charge port or focusing the beam, though that could've been the grit that made its way into my light. Is a sturdy light I tend to drop these often while fanagaling into the tight area of semis, that's where the new bite caps come in, is much more comfortable to bite onto and hold when I need both hands. Only real complaint I have is I can't used my older batteries with the new light so now I have two rechargeable batteries that are perfectly good, one unused, that now have zero purpose 5 |
