I needed extra ports beyond my 5 port modem and purchased this switch. It does exactly what I needed it for; to access the internet on another computer and a smart TV. I plugged in an Ethernet cable from the modem to the switch, plugged in Ethernet cables from the switch to the computer and smart TV, plugged in the power cord from the switch to an electrical outlet, turned them all on and voila! Plug and Play internet access. No configuration needed, just plug in and go! I highly recommend this product!!! 5 |

We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household! 5 |

I use Ring Central App. Its amazing how the noise cancellation feature works. I never realized how much telephone noise Ive been dealing with that I didnt have to. 3 Years of that really works your nerves. Ive been using it for about two weeks. So far so good and it frees up my hands and really works well with the ring central app and Gorilla Desk. No more finger dialing of numbers. 5 |

I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up. We used this with an APP 51 EHS to connect to our Ring Central Polycom phone. It was up and running in under five minutes once it was charged. So far no issues with it. I like that it came with different size options for your ear. 5 |

The Mic is not the best out of the box. You must plug it into your computer, download Rode Central, and edit the settings. After that it is perfect. 5 |
