I purchased this doorbell to replace a Ring video doorbell pro which only lasted a few years. The Ring always had an issue with slow notifications and sometimes had significant video hesitation. The Lorex doorbell sends notifications within a few seconds and rarely has any video hesitation. 5 |

We are happy with our Nest Hello. Although there is some minor lag with notifications and answering the doorbell remotely, those things were not our primary reasons for the purchase. The video quality is excellent and we added a subscription to Nest Aware which in our opinion is a must. The app is very user friendly. Definitely recommend. 5 |
