Ring Security Camera View

Love our new security camera. Great view even at night. Love being able to hear what is going on and being able to talk through it. It is very sensitive so getting lots of alerts.

Great security camera You can never be too safe and the security camera works great, has a great wide angle view without the overly excessive wide angle camera distortion, and it is super easy to set up. I have mine set up in the basement to view the back door but I hope to never get a notification on my phone that a person has been detected. It does work though. When testing, I got a notification of movement, I popped right into the Lorex app and saw it was just me thankfully. The resolution is great too. If you have more than 1 you can set it up to see all of them at one time. You can also set motion zones and sensitivity so you aren�t setting it off all the time and you can turn notifications off if you�re in the area so you don�t continually get notifications about you being in the area. I love that it provides all those features without needing a subscription. All the recording is right to the included micro SD card and runs off your WiFi for notifications. Also comes with mounting stuff but I just have mine on it�s base and it feels stable. Overall Great camera, simple to use, the app is easy to use, and I have some extra peace knowing I have an extra eye out at all times.

We built a new home two months ago and made Ring our security systems. It is so easy to use through out phones. We love to be able to check our door bell camera and back yard security camera when we are away. We live in a fairly seclude area now and the cameras and overall security the system offers us is very reasurring.

I use these to tighten my Schneider variable ND filter to the step down ring and then to my camera for added security. Works great won't damage your filters or adapters like a wrench will.

There are not many heavy duty 52-77mm step rings out there, most are plastic or aluminum. This is brass and is seriously sturdy. You could probably use is as an improvised gardening trowel and it would be none the worse for wear. On the downside, it's heavier than any other step ring you've ever seen. I use it on a Fuji 240mm view camera lens. But by the time you pack everything needed for a view camera, the additional weight is not notable and you have a step ring that is not going to bind to a filter, short of catastrophic destruction. The other downside is that it's so good that it's remarkably expensive, but if you plan on using it for decades, it's not really that expensive. I have no doubt that it will outlast me! I have heard that brass transmits shock instead of deforming like aluminum or plastic. At the risk of cursing myself, I will say that in nearly 40 years of photography I've never dropped a lens. :-) But if you're the kind of person who drops lenses, well, you may want a bit more of an airbag. Personally, I think this unit is worth the bucks and I'm more concerned about a filter binding than I am about dropping a lens and in that regard, the Heliopan is a winner.

Tougher than most and great field of view. This light is perfect for inspection, camping, security, or everyday use. The focus function is great for long tight spaces and rechargeable battery has you ready to go fast. Best quality for price.

These cameras are very clear and have a wide peripheral view. The thing I like the most about Lorex security cameras is that they have made their products user friendly. This system is easy to install and the support team has been very helpful.
