I use it to mount my on-camera flashes for indoor prep sports, and it works like the name brands for less money.

This thing is awesome! Does everything I need it to do. One thing to be aware of - it DOES come with a power supply, even though it's not listed in the What's In The Box list.

I didn't know what these were for when I bought it, I just bought what was on my class supply list. I think it was a little pricy, but it works great and I do like having different colored sides.

I have had Rocky since it first came on the market and love it.

I have been debating adding V-mount batteries to my equipment list, but they always seemed like a single-tasking power option. And you needed extra equipment to charge them.
