Rode 3.5 Mm Microphone

The 10' feet of additional cable to connect my Rode boom microphone to my 3.5mm microphone was the right purchase. It allows me to be further back from my subject without losing any audio quality. 5 |

I bought this XLR cable to 3.5mm connector so that I could use my Rode NTG-2 microphone with a Atomos Ninja V. It works perfectly, great sounding results. 5 |

I purchased this along with the Rode Rodelink Lav microphone. The thread-lock on the 3.5mm connector of the lav fits perfectly with connector on the Rode VXLR+. This allows me to belt-clip (included) the converter to the talent and run an XLR mic cable back to the mixer with phantom power when needed in place of connecting the lav to a bodypack for wireless use. It also works with the non-locking 3.5mm connector of the Rode Lavalier Go mic but this combination gives more assurance that the mic's connector won't pull out of the adapter. 5 |

This does exactly what it says...take a 3.5mm connection and make it an xlr. Use it with my Rode wireless to go 2 and Rodecaster Pro. And B&H service was exception as usual. 5 |

This adapter works just as well as the SC4 in connecting a microphone to a smartphone...one only needs a 3.5mm male-female cable. I use it with my iPhone and a Zoom H4N Pro as the microphone. 5 |

I used the RODE VideoMic GO on a boomstand with a six-foot 3.5 mm extension cord. I was able to dial the sound levels right in.The upgrade in quality from my previous system was well worth the money. Sound quality improved to great. Mike 5 |

I use the SC4 3.5mm TRS to TRRS Adaptor by Rode with a lav mic to connect to my iPhone 5s. Its like plug and play and works seamlessly! I've tested it with all applications I can use a lav mic with and it works with all. I haven't yet found anything wrong with this product and doubt that I will. 5 |

I use the Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter to connect the RODE GO II to the GoPro 7 Black. It is difficult to use without a means of attaching it either to the GoPro or another piece of equipment, such as, motorcycle, bicycle or helmet. I purchased a third party case that holds the Mic Adapter and enables connection to the GoPro. The RODE GO II wireless receiver clips into the cold shoe of the case with the RODE short 3.5mm cable connecting the receiver with the adapter. The set up is reasonably compact and importantly one unit that can be mounted on a selfie pole or helmet mount. The case is NOT waterproof but then neither is the GoPro as the connector door has to be removed to attach the adaptor cable. The adaptor and RODE GO II wireless mics work well. Only downside is that the adaptor is rather large and awkward to mount. 5 |

When I bought my Rode news shooter kit I was distressed to discover that the receiver only came with a 3.5mm connector and not XLR. While I tried buying Rode's mini to XLR adapter, under even a little strain the wire pulls out of the adapter. I was going to buy a Sennheiser locking 3.5mm to XLR cable, until I saw this one as a similar item on B & H's website. I have Kopul XLR cables, so I knew they make quality cables and ordered one for significantly less than a comparable Sony or Sennheiser cable. The cable locks in perfectly at both ends (just as if Rode had made it themselves) and the all black housing actually goes better with the Rode receiver than the black/silver housing offered by more expensive alternatives. I'm very happy that I saw this as it works great and came at a great price! 5 |
