Roland Bluetooth Keyboard

Watched many review views and really liked the Roland RP701 for its sound and looks. I was not comfortable spending this much on other online retailers but trusted B&H with this type of order. The piano only has a few screws and steps, installation took about an hour. The rosewood is almost black but with a wood texture. Really beautiful finish. It was shipped very quickly and was very well packaged - lots of sturdy cardboard and some styrofoam. I am an adult beginner and the keys feel very close to a classical grand piano. I love that it has so many ports and combines a classical feel with the comforts of 2022 technology, even supporting two pairs of headphones at the same time. It also comes with Bluetooth connections for both in and out. It fits great in small spaces and doesn't need to disturb the neighbours. It has many modes, even songs in its memory, has a metronome and it can be used as a very cool Bluetooth speaker. The mobile app from Roland is probably not the best, but you can use other apps. 5 |

I purchased this speaker to connect to my tabletop drum set that I use to practice with our little band that plays gospel and old country music. Everyone loves the rich sound and the fact that we can listen to the songs we are going to cover via Bluetooth from my phone stream via a music streaming service and/or YouTube. I tried a wonderful small Roland amp and though it was awesome, there were features on this speaker that could not be denied. If you need a super loud monitor that is built for electronic and tabletop drums, then get the Roland, but for beautiful room clarity, Bluetooth capability, and richness of sound, get the Alto TS410. 5 |

I use this on a Roland and Yamaha digital keyboard. It really smooths out the response of the keyboard and helps tame the harshness. 5 |

Read the fine print. This uses Bluetooth LE, and that requires an iPad3 or better. After wondering why it didn't work with either iPad2 here, I found that tidbit (which I had missed) in the fine print, hemmed, hawed, and opted to upgrade the iPad side of the system. It is a quality product, which on the one hand seems quite pricey for what is effectively a 2 button bluetooth keyboard, but on the other hand is much better made than whatever I might kludge up from a cheaper bluetooth keyboard with many more keys. The keys are lit, soft, and silent, and the device is considerably more affordable than some others in its niche - and with the keys on top, not over the edge, it works fine on carpets (some reviews indicate that is a weakness of some competing devices.) For hands-free page turning it really is ideal. Intended for foot operation, it is a bit larger than you'd expect from the pictures. 5 |

hold our 88 key roland keyboard and is very steady. it will even hold me up and i go about 275. it's easy to assemble. very adjustable even if you want to stand while playing. top and bottom folds for easy tear down and transporting. plenty of room for foot pedals. would recommend to any one especially if you use a heavy keyboard 5 |

I use the Apex AX-48 keyboard stand for a heavier digital piano, on the bottom and a Roland Juno Di on top. Each keyboard is easily accessible and adjustable keyboard heights make playing very comfortable. This stand is very sturdy. 5 |

Very happy with this purchase. The stand comes fully assembled and easily handles my Roland 88 key weighted keyboard - which weighs close to 60 pounds - with no instability whatsoever. The rubber grips prevent the keyboard from sliding around while being played. For the price, this stand can't be beat. 5 |

Double X brace keyboard stand is easy to assemble and holds the keyboard stable. A stable stand is a must for a higher end keyboard such as the Roland FP-4. 5 |

No keyboard as yet is like the feel and sound of the real thing but I'm very satisfied with this Roland. The touch and the sound are kind of like a real (cheaper) acoustic piano and the sustain pedal is very accurate. The footprint is also perfect for a small space SS 5 |
