Router To Share Iphone Internet

I needed internet access in an old building next to my house. It is too far away from my house to be supported by my wireless router. However, it does share electrical wiring with my house. Running new Cat5 cables was not a good solutions for a variety of reasons so I decided to try TP-Link's AV100 Gigabit Powerline Starter kit. The setup was very easy, basically plug and play. The price was very affordable. While not as fast as a direct connection, it still meets my needs.

I tried a competitors thermostat. It would not work through my internet. They blamed in on my service provider, my router and my iPhone. Had an Ecobee installed and it worked perfectly in a few minutes. Both installer and I were totally pleased.

I am now able to track my internet traffic on my iPhone.

I enjoy using this product because the internet rarely goes out with Modem/Router.

While having a NAS that supports RAID 5 & 6 is nice, but it's so much more than that. You can share folder access on the internet, run web server, record surveillance cameras, stream audio and video throughout the home. There are too many apps and options worth having this for to mention here. Performance has been amazing, and it's upgradable in several ways including SSD Cache, 10GB ethernet and more.

Handles the internet speed and wrks great with our NETGEAR router.

Now I can share what I'm watching from iPhone to tv. Bh also had the best price on this. Might need a good hdmi cable though. First hooked it up through the wii u hdmi cable cuz is was connected. Didnt work well. Kept on disconnecting and not sending the image to tv. Switch over to a 15ft high insulated cable I had laying around and it all works fine minus the long cable.
