Routers Vs Switches

I will only use Netgear routers and switches. Quality counts.

I wanted some small CAT6 cables for my connections to my routers and switches. These work great for me. Going from CAT5e to CAT6 I did notice a speed increase.

I've bought TP Link routers, switches and access points. They're all are easy to set up, are highly configurable, and perform excellently, with low latency and high throughput even in high temperatures outdoors.

Blackmagic does NOT provide power switches on their switchers, recorders and routers. Individual switches allows rebooting of a single unit during a live show without needing to crash your whole rack. The USB jacks are helpful too.

I've been an ardent user of Netgear Modems; Routers and Switches for several years. In all that time they have never once failed in their performance; enhancement features; speed; and reliability. As such, in my opinion they are beyond reproach in every aspect of the array of IT equipment / electronics they provide.

I needed a UPS system for mainly my routers and switches. The DEAL Zone had a very good deal, so I jumped at the sale. The delivery was fast. I read all the instructions for charging up the unit, 24 hours is what is stated. I let it go for 72 hours. I had no problems, It worked like I hoped it would. I waited a week later then did a test power failure. I shut off the power. Everything worked alarms sounded and all screen notifications let me know the status. The onboard controls and display are great for when you're connecting equipment other than a computer, such as routers/switches/etc. As a side benefit, the voltage readout lets me know when my incoming house voltage is swinging throughout the day.

I have had trouble with other gigabit routers and this one by far has been the best one yet!

Nicely done on the PRO VS EVO. The PRO actually does have a full 1TB available, VS the EVO's 960GB after formatting.

This is one of the best WiFi Routers and modems I have ever purchased. We stream TV and works without fail. Cant go wrong with Netgear Nighthawk products. We own a Mesh Nighthawk in our other home where we had trouble with other routers but now its perfect. Great routers!
