Routing Table So A Subnet Has No Internet

I purchased this Table Box Cover as a solution in routing a CAT5 cable from the basement to the first floor. It worked perfectly. The device is of high quality and looks great. I would definitely purchase another one in the future if I should ever need to do something similar. Highly recommended.

Definitely a case worth getting. So much space in here didnt have trouble routing cables to motherboard. Installed 5 fans along with a noctua nh d15 and it fits perfectly. Temps are 30- 35 idle and 50-55 when gaming. Def reccomend as a case to get for the price.

So far so good , internet coverage is more stable.

No more laggy internet and sudden disconnections. I love this thing!

Routing to a second monitor, this was great

This is a nifty little tripod for table top use. Handy for anything from a simple internet cam, boom mic, or even something as large as a Nikon Z8. The ball head lock is not the easiest design for precision placement, but otherwise it is great.

I use this product for over-table work to take pictures for items to be placed for sale on the internet or for insurance companies. It definately helps me to get more reach and not to photograph the table legs. Some items cannot be photographed with just a tripod. I also catalog my items for insurance value and this has helped me. I put a weight of 5 lbs on the opposite end of the camera and that is more than enough weight for what is needed. I would be nice if the company would have some type of counter-weight.

As as CTO, I know my way around networking equipment and like other Chinese products, the Hikvision NVR is well designed and works even better than advertised. However, it is not for the novice. The documentation is limited and depending on the cameras that you select, they can be a challenge to connect. Most of the Hikvision cameras are set to 198.164.0.64 which will not be your normal IP subnet, and also not the subnet of this device. Also, most cameras are not DHCP enabled which means when you plug in your cameras they will take that address and then are not easily modified. I do have the unit connected to the HikVision Wireless Doorbell and 14 cameras and it works great. This is also integrated to my Creston home automation system allowing me to view any camera on any of my room automation panels as well as my TV's when someone approaches the door or rings the doorbell. Great capabilities, but unless you are a semi-professional, you could find yourself somewhat frustrated with the amount of work required to implement the system.
