Run Alienware Laptop On Tv Hdmi

I bought two of these to run from a powered HDMI splitter from my laptop and all is good.

Help protect my sons Alienware Laptop

I used to have to watch CWTV and other website tv shows on my iPad or laptop, or plug it via HDMI port to my TV to watch, but now I can stream directly to the TV (since LG doesn't have apps for websites like CWTV and the web browser isn't really functional for streaming videos).

I have a racing simulator and run iRacing from my gaming laptop but my HDMI cables were too short to get the laptop in the right position so that I can access it while in the simulator. I had a laptop with one USB 3 Port and I needed to run two power hungry 1080P HDMI to USB 3 video encoders. Plugged in the aux power supply that came with it and teh hub worked perfect.

I needed a long HDMI to run between my laptop and my HD projector. I had ordered an expensive one by Monster but it hadn't arrived by the time the projector did so I ran to B&H and bought this one at a great price at the recommendation of a staff member. It's been working great.

I'm using this HDMI cable for an 80 foot run from the source (computer / to a TV monitor to be placed in store front glass window display. The cool thing about it, besides the very long run, I didn't notice any loss in quality despite its a 100 cable. I guess it's because it's an optical HDMI. Before anything, first, I connected the cable while still rolled from the box a few feet away between sources just to see what I was getting before I unrolled it to the final setup. Picture looks great, even on regular HD. I don't have 8K sources but seeing in 4K, everything looked as it should. Colors and resolution. Don't forget that this cable only accepts ONE direction, and it's printed as a reference on each extremes of the cable. One and says "source". The other, "destination" (your TV or monitor). Also, this cable, not only accepts 90 degree turns, is very flexible and perfect thinness which allowed me to easily tuck it in the wall baseboard. Was a breeze to complete the project!!! I didn't even need to spend extra money buying channels to hide the cable. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

Ordered this HDMI cable to run through the wall and to my TV. It’s a thick cable, well suited for running through the wall and behind my baseboards. Cable works well with no issues.

I've been looking for a way to run Kodi from my computer in my upstairs studio directly to the HDMI connection on my TV in the living room downstairs (about 50' with the drop, a few turns and a couple of short runs). this device works flawlessly. I control Kodi from a tablet with the "Kore" app and everything works beautifully.
