Run W2 Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I've used open run for years but sometimes they did not do well with online meetings. Since upgrading to OpenComm2 my audio for meetings is now reliable. So OpenRun for personal and OpenComm2 for work

I run a one-man video studio for recording online video talks. The chroma key lets me drop my image atop notes and diagrams. I hang the background on a light stand with a second stand to keep it straight. It easily gives me a head-and-shoulders shot.

Yeah, it’s an old printer, but it works for us. When it needed a new cartridge, I checked the prices on B&H as well as the online store that I shall not name. B&H was a dime more. Hmmmmm, a place run by humans vs an online store run by algorithms. I like humans.

This is the Panasonic battery that comes with the GX7 camera. The indicator on the camera can really read this battery when it is about to run out of power. From what I have read online, the other off brand batteries that you can get for the GX7 don't give you a real warning that they about to run out of juice so I bought this one extra to keep in my camera bag.

A little lighter than it looks online but it's really nice.
