Rv Solar System With Lithium Batteries

I have been using this camera since April to monitor our remote property. I am using Energizer lithium batteries plus solar panel and it has been working flawlessly ever since. Highly recommended for off grid monitoring

I bought this to initially charge before installation, and then to maintain, 200kwh lithium solar batteries. The unit gets pretty warm and takes a bit to charge them fully, but it finally brings the batteries to the factory recommended charge point. It accommodates lithium batteries with Battery Management Systems (BMS), and it's important that a charger be compatible those systems.

Bought the Delta 2 Max at time of product launch with 2x110W foldable solar panels and cannot be happier! Charging is quick via power outlet but I decided to change default setting to 400W input to avoid the cooling fans from turning on. Fans do not turn on at this setting and unit is extremely quiet. It fits perfectly in our RV under our dinette table. It connects to our RV power cord and we are able to use all our appliances at any time of the day. In the past we had to run our generator when boon docking and limited to park hour rules. Very efficient 110W solar panels (2x) put out 200W/h in full sun and are capable to keep our unit charged. Even on cloudy days it charges 50W/h. Impressive! I made a pvc stand to mount the panels for ease of following the sun. I wish the solar cables would have shipped as part of the bundle I ordered. Customer support was very fast to respond to my email and cables were shipped next day. Love the EcoFlow app. It allows me to control everything without the need to crawl under the dinette table! App is very user friendly and very fast to connect whether via Bluetooth or WiFi. Overall, very happy with our Delta 2 Max, the panels, packaging, app and build quality! We plan to use it as a backup for power outages to keep our fridge and wireless running at home.

Traveled first year with our RV all the way from Virginia to Colorado…. Boon dock a couple of places and it was darn hot!! No power. We had our portable fan as to minimize RV battery but just could not cool it enough. I have added and upgraded our RV battery since last year. In addition I purchased the ecoflow pro, ecoflow pro extra battery, ecoflow portable generator, and also the ecoflow 400W solar panel. I have tested it out and so far it works pretty darn good. Granted it will provide only 6 hours to power essentials and running one of 2 15k BTU AC. Of course I had to add softstart to the RV AC (very easy install). I plan on buying additional extra battery from ecoflow and of course double capacity to the RV batteries as well. Anyway for a beginner RV’er this solved my problems for cooling without excessive manipulation to the RV power system. I just used the 30A converter to 50 A directly to RV power input…and will power on for at least 6 hrs without the 400w solar and portable generator (haven’t tested generator yet) connected. We will see how it goes this year but so far I am very happy with our ecoflow system. Side note I build solar panel holder with pvc wood as it is light, flexible, and easily transported in RV…set it up so it will take less than 5 min to set up.

I had to replace some of the batteries on 6 camera system. The usb-micro connection is a little weak and I had a few break. I have solar panels on all the cameras and it keeps the batteries charge all summer, when winter comes the sun just doesn’t cut it.

Nothing beats these lithium batteries...they don’t die.

I have a couple of the micro lte solar units and so far they are awesome. The lithium battery combined with the solar panel makes going to change batteries a thing of the past. Great unit.
