S21 Camera Specifications

Lives up to it's specifications...

Bought this originally as a phone sd card for an S21 and it's camera but I ended up getting a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 1... The Red Raider... And it worked wonders for it... I use that 4k Chromebook as a home Media Center... And the transfer speeds...as well as the Reliability... Hands down.. Samsung products are my Goto... And this Item is just proof of why.

It performed to specifications, with no drama.

I bought the case for my s21 ultra and it lines up perfectly with the camera bump. The overall quality is amazing and I don't have a single complaint.

I bought the Vixia HF S200 to video family vacations, my kids sports, birthdays, etc. This camcorder does more than I need, but I had the privilege of using a friends Vixia HF S11 (successor to the S21/20/200 series) for these occasions over the past year and was very pleased with the results.I chose the HF S200 over the HF S20/21 for two reasons. I found that I didn't miss the EFV while using the HF S11 and I preferred recording to the removable SDHC cards because I edit my video with either iMovie or Final Cut Express so I loaded all video onto my computer then cleared the cards. If I used the internal memory on the HF S11 I had to connect the camera to my computer and the camera had to be plugged into power. Too much hassle for me. Recording to memory cards is a simpler method for me. I simply remove the cards from the camera and upload them using a card reader. I just didn't see spending the extra money on internal memory that I would not have used.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. The video quality is excellent and out of the box ease of use is great. I have not yet dealt with the manual controls, nor have I used the camera under low light conditions so I can not yet give an opinion to these functions. I have read many complaints about the touch screen, but I found after about 10 minutes of familiarization I found I preferred the touch screen over the joystick of the HF S11 (just my 2 cents worth). So far I can't find anything I don't like about this camera.There is a firmware upgrade to enable the HF S21/20/200 series to accept SDXC cards if you need the extra storage... found B&H to have the best prices from a reputable dealer. This is my first purchase from B&H and WOW am I impressed. After placing my order I received several emails updating me on the status of my order. ...t.I will most definitely shop B&H in the future.

The HF S200 is the same basic camera as the HF S20 & HF S21 minus the internal memory, and the HF S21 also has a view finder. The quality of the video and stills from this camcorder are amazing. The colors are realistic and vibrant and the images are sharp. I shot some closeups of flowers and the little hairs on the stems just popped off of the screen. Shooting at close range in telephoto results in very short depth of field giving you those short focus shots that everyone loves from the DSLRs. The double SD card slots are a great feature. Some of the other Vixias DO NOT support the class 10 SDHC memory cards but this camera DOES. I love all of the new features, the larger faster lens and sensor, the touch screen and native 24P. It's so great to be able to touch your image on the LCD to adjust focus and exposure. It makes life so much easier if your vision is poor or the LCD is hard to see in bright light. The face recognition and object tracking is especially helpful too. The stills are high quality so there is no need to tote a still camera to capture photos to add to your videos, or to make prints. I plugged the SDHC memory card into my iMac and was able to download the photos and video clips into FCP and iPhoto with no problems. I shot a green screen test and was able to pull a perfect key with no problem. The internal mics work well although I usually use a shotgun or wired lav for most of my work. I bought extra batteries, the B819 & 827 high capacity batteries and I'm satisfied with the life of all of the batteries. I have 10 Canons / 5 different models. I love that they keep getting better and better. The low light recording isn't bad but it could be better. Other than that my only other wish is if this camera could shoot native 30P. All in all with all of the features and the quality for the price this is an amazing camcorder.

It's A HIGH-END Professional CAMERA. GREAT STRUCTURE. It's OBVIOUS ABOUT THE specifiCATIONS: BEST OF THE BEST.

Be sure to precisely match your camera's specifications for memory card type, especially with Nikon cameras. Using a card that is outside the range of specifications can potentially negatively impact performance.
