Picked up the 11-24 at the Post Office; took few shots of the steering wheel; and drove right into the Talkeetna mountains. Having used fisheyes for year I thought I would know what to do with an 11mm rectilinear...but this lens is different. My instant favorite lens for off-trail Alaska landscapes. Image quality and sharpness are excellent. Distortion is very low. Makes incredible panoramas that don't look stretched out. Heavy...but it's also a 20, 17, 14,13 and 12mm! Once in my hands weight doesn't matter! Use the 11mm most but love the zoom! 5 |

Tried out the nova with the stock soft box as a rental from a grip when gaffing on a job, it was ok. Now that my Nova arrived I made sure to get a chimera. It's really quick to setup. I have had issues in the past with aputure modifiers falling apart and for $50 more you can get durable option with two sets of diffusion. Love the build quality, the carrying bag is nice. 5 |

I had to get a new box with my current cable system, I would have to have one for each TV and pay rental on the boxes. Instead, I purchased the Roku stick and I am not only able to hook up to my cable system, but I have tons of free movies and TV programs to watch on a number of stations. Instructions to set up were easy, big plus for me as I am technically challenged. And I keep finding channels that do not charge! I have already recommended it to all my friends. 5 |
