I bought this when it went on sale at B&Hto use for stuff like class pictures and macro photography. My first impressions are it provides good value for money, is lightweight, and has a quality feel to it. Lots of light output and easy to use controls. You can turn it down to 0% output which is nice and output seems consistent regardless of colour temperature. Instruction manual could be better. I can't comment on the app as I haven't tried it. As a Canadian, I appreciate B&H's usual careful packaging and hassle free international shipping. 5 |

My wife and I make jewelry for sale in our retirement. I have been using a Nikon D5300 for about a year. I was not quite happy with the sharpness of pictures with two kit lenses. After reading reviews of the 70-300 AF-P I decided to buy it. I couldn't be happier I get sharp pictures with correct colors. (The kit lenses also had correct colors.) 5 |
