I wanted a case for a 15 inch production monitor and this was the smallest that did the job. Also, at a reasonable price. That said, this case works perfectly well. It’s padded, has a packet on the front for cords and the front opens up. That is better than just the top. It looks like it will last a long time.

The Ergotron HX is holding my Samsung 49-inch G9 and it is simply outstanding. It clears up considerable desk space and allows me to position the monitor exactly as I want.
