Samsung 250 Hz Monitor

2024-04-01 02:48:27

My previous monitor was a 60 Hz Samsung gaming, 1/2 the price of this one, but I can certainly tell the difference, both externally and picture wise. The bezels are super thin (except on bottom), easily adjusted without tools to tilt forward/backward, rotate 90 degrees, raise and lower. My Samsung had none of those features. The games look glorious and the RGB backlight, while not very bright, is a nice touch. The base is very heavy, so this thing is not toppling over easily when rotated as well. I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Bright! Easy set up. Perfect for gaming and watching movies. I was hesitant to buy a new TV because I really did not need one. Oh boy was I wrong! This tv makes everything look amazing. The TV is also future proof for gamers. It can run up to 144 hz at 4k! Consoles can only run 120 hz. So this tv won't fall behind when the new consoles lauch around the corner. My only wish is that samsung will add Dolby vision support. There is not much HDR10+ support and samsung either needs to fix it or except the decision they made and cut loses. On the next remote please include a source button. I get tired of having to click so many buttons to switch sources. Other than that this TV is 10/10 amazing!!!

This is a very good high hz fps monitor. Not the best since it's a ips panel rather than a TN panel but trade off is slower pixel response times but much better colors and view angles. Elmb aka black bar insertion works perfect and helps with blur and eye strain. Make sure you have a graphics card that can maintain 280 fps min and a good quality display port wire.

I have had the monitor for about two weeks now. Shipping time was great - only took one day to arrive on the east coast. Like all Asus products, the monitor is packaged very well and it is easy to assemble. No dead pixels, the monitor has thin bezels. I mostly use this monitor for gaming and it is great for fast paced FPS games like Apex and COD. I was able to overclock to 165 Hz with no issues. Coming from an Asus 25 2k 60 Hz monitor this is a big upgrade for gaming. It would have been nice to have a USB 3.0 port in the I/O, but I understand Asus usually reserves those premium features for their ROG brand. The TUF Gaming series is a great middle ground for those that want value and performance without spending an arm and a leg on a ROG monitor. Highly recommend especially if you can get it on sale.

I recently replaced two aging 19-inch monitors, which were getting difficult to match with the Samsung 34-inch monitor, which provides a lot of breathing room with much to spare. I do a lot of photo and graphics editing for print, and visual quality and resolution are especially important. Color balance is spot on out of the box, and though the monitor is factory set way too bright for photo editing, it was easy enough to back off the brightness and contrast to get it to the point where it matches photos on my 13x19-inch pro-printers. The 100 Hz refresh rate means no flickering (even noticeable at 75 Hz on the old monitors), and the finer resolution makes photo editing easy.

This year (2024), several 32 4K QD-OLED monitors were released, but the 321URX was the clear winner with its very competitive pricing ($250 cheaper than all the other models). As for the monitor itself, the sheer improvement in perceived quality compared to every other monitor I've seen cannot be overstated. As soon as I plugged it in, it was like night and day compared to my old IPS display. The blacks on an OLED are true black, which is hard to imagine until you actually see the difference for yourself. It makes pure black UI elements look satisfyingly inky, and dark scenes in games and movies look impressively lifelike. For gaming, 240 Hz plus adaptive sync plus near-instant response times give you unparalleled motion clarity. (Don't forget to manually set 240 Hz in Windows Display Settings and turn on adaptive sync in Nvidia Control Panel!) Additionally, HDR content looks phenomenal on this monitor for the content that supports it. Overall, I highly HIGHLY recommend this monitor if you have a PC that can take advantage of it.

Although I've only had this monitor for less than 24 hours, I can already tell it's great! The picture quality is awesome (4K HDR), and I am able to get 4K 120 Hz on my Xbox Series X, my previous monitor was max 4K 60 Hz so this is a major difference for me. It definitely moves super fast! The OSD menu is easy enough for me to use without having any issues. The picture I posted was just a quick first snap of when I initially plugged in my HDMI cable of my Xbox for the first time, so it's not the best angle. But you can tell the image quality is great. Also, it has all the ports you can dream of so you shouldn't have an issue with connecting any devices. I'm so happy I decided to buy this monitor despite it being pretty new and not having many reviews floating around on the internet yet. I've never owned a Gigabyte product before; I likely will stick with them for a while after buying this monitor. I'm excited to use it with my PS5 when I get it back from repair (HDMI port went out due to possible lightning damage ). Anyway, happy gaming!

Great 23 inch gaming monitor with a 165 hz refresh rate and nvdia G-sync in all in a $200 package. You can't ask for anything more than that. Yes you can it also comes with a 3 year warranty!

Crispiest monitor I have ever used. Colors on this monitor look out of this world. The 240 Hz makes this a great gaming monitor. The stand that comes with this monitor is great as well. Very sturdy and good looking. Also very nice of MSI to offer a 3 year burn in warranty so I will be using this as my productivity monitor as well. The HDR on this monitor is extremely nice with games. I have played Overwatch and Cyberpunk with HDR enabled and it looks incredible! I was definitely on the fence with spending this much money for a monitor, but after using it for a week, I would say money well spent! Definitely would recommend this monitor to anyone in the market for a great high refresh rate OLED monitor!

The monitor looks great and it's at a great price too. I use it for my work laptop and in the evenings with my desktop, so the KVM feature has been handy. It even recognizes which computer I'm turning on and switches the input automatically. The colors are nice too out of the box, but spend some time and you can make it look even nicer. I wish it had more than 2 USB ports and it's only usable if one of the computers has a USB-C port. Also I wish it had 2 DP ports instead of HDMI which can't hit 170 Hz at QHD (but 144 Hz is enough for me). One last thing I would love to see would be 10 bit panel but not at this price point.
