Samsung 28 L Slim Fry Convection Microwave Oven

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven. 5 |

I like that they are eco friendly and can be refreshed in the microwave. I had another brand that requires oven use, which is impractical living in an RV. This is the best solution. Bag is sturdy, is flexible to fit into spaces of bags, boxes. 5 |

For those of you wondering if this would work with the Sony FE PZ 28-135, I can tell you that it works just fine. You can even stack 2 slim filters and still put the hood on over it, since the adaptor sits pretty close to the front element. There is is some slight vignetting at full wide with 2 slim filters on though, I was using a Break Through X2 ND 3-Stop and B+W XS-Pro Polarizer. Which happens to be the perfect combo with the A7sii shooting Slog2 at 1600 iso at magic hour. 5 |

My old filter kept vignetting significantly on my Nikon 28-300 lens at the wide end. With this slim design, the problem has been cut down about 75%, which helps significantly in cloning out the dark corners. The filter is coated. Not sure if it's multi-coating, but it appears very high quality and should reduce flare (not actually tested this). The front of the filter still has threads so I can mount a second graduated filter (I prefer not to hand-hold those). Most other slim polarizers don't have that feature. The filter threads very easily on my lens and also rotates smoothly, even in cold temperature. It may be expensive, but I have no regrets and it should last a lifetime if handled nicely. 5 |

Expensive. You can get cheaper version from offbrand, but at least you know this won't fry your camera. 5 |

Standing design is only good for a cheap case (convection), bad for stability. I destroyed one of these by tipping it from standing to laying flat accidentally, while in use. How fragile is that? I managed to get a replacement after shipping it to WD operations in Vietnam (register it on the WD support website with your receipt and request RMA). If you will be carrying this drive around or it won't be in a place that it can't get knocked down flat, do yourself a favour and buy a vertical enclosure instead of the standing one. 5 |
