[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 43” frame tv is the decorator highlight of my living space! We already had a 75” Samsung on the tv room, a Samsung in the bedroom and one on the porch. The picture quality is superb on all. So pleased with these Samsung products, I just purchased their 4 door Bespoke refrigerator- didn’t know you could fall in love with a refrigerator- more on that in a future review. I selected the 43” Frame tv to be hung over the fireplace mantle in our open space living area. My husband and I enjoy the capability of watching the tv while enjoying the fireplace as we drink our morning coffee. What stands out and above all other brands for the Frame tv is its ability to morph into an art statement! Company loves to see what masterpiece will be displayed. Choices are many: seasonal, the masters, contemporary , and celebration greetings as well. This Frame tv is so much more than a wonderful tv. It has the ability to convey my emotions and moods. Guests love to be given the opportunity to scroll through the Art Store to choose their favorites. As with all Samsung tvs, the ease of use and streaming capabilities are exceptional. I didn’t buy a tv, I bought a work of art that looks spectacular in my home. 5 |

Strong enough to hold up a refrigerator, I think. Fits perfectly, of course. 5 |

I love this thing. Coming from the 478, having an reflectance meter is awesome. This thing will do just about everything. The ONLY thing I have found that is a super-small annoyance is that the 478 displayed (fc) as well as your appropriate primary setting (aperture, shutter, iso, etc). This model display of (fc) or (fl) is a separate mode. The meter is easy to use. It feels natural to use and the settings all come naturally. Being able to quickly set your mid-tone for a cinematographer and see the dynamic range in your scene is fantastic. Not only can you use a meter reading to set mid-tone, but you can choose it manually or from a memory. That feature alone was worth the money invested. Our cameras today can capture SO MUCH dynamic range, pushing beyond film, but a simple reference I can look at while having 3 people talk to me and not have to think... gold. I highly recommend this meter. I think that its becoming a lost art. Basically look at it a picture and decide what you like. I'm a digital baby, thats the way I grew up in production. Now that I'm at a point where I need to know lighting BEFORE camera comes in the door... this thing I worship. 5 |

I've been using Sekonic light meters for over 12 years now. I'm coming from using both the L-758C and the L-478D meters, both of which had their strengths and weaknesses. I was a very early adopter of the L-858D-U (I picked it up within days of it's release) and have thoroughly tested it in the field before writing this review. I'm a cinematographer, not a photog, so my review is based on that end of the meter's use. First off, the low light sensitivity is fantastic and helps SO MUCH when shooting with modern digital sensor cameras. On some of my lenses, with a speed booster, I'm getting a f/.5 or faster stop, so being able to make full use out of them is wonderful. Having a spot meter back on (when compared to the less accurate and detachable one on the 478) is a welcome addition. If you've used the 478 then you should be able to quickly work your way through the menus and figure this meter out. If not, there will be a slight learning curve. I love the HD and Cine modes, both of which I make heavy use of, depending on the shoot. The case it comes with is a tight fit and is soft, so you'll want to find a nice leather case to hold it in, but otherwise this meter is great update to the 758 and a more than great addition to my kit! 5 |

I bought the Sekonic L-478 light meter with the 5 degree spot attachment and would always have to go back to my bag to grab the spot meter accessory. This allows you to keep the pieces all on your belt and it zips shut! My light meter always fell out of the sleeve that it came with. Definetly worth the money if you own the the L-478. 5 |
