The difference between 60Hz and 144Hz is staggering and I can't recommend this monitor enough for anyone who wants to get a better monitor for gaming. 5 |

I needed an arm that could handle the Samsung 49-inch gaming monitor, and this came highly recommended. Easy to install, solid and easy to adjust. Hold my monitor at its odd angle and doesn't droop. Couldn't ask for more. 5 |

They may look small beside my 28 inch Samsung 4K monitor but the sound of these speakers is way better than one would expect. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever gaming monitor I’ve ever owned or bought. I bought this monitor for my PlayStation 5!! And I have No regrets well worth the price I use to game on my Samsung 4K tv which has a refresh rate of 120hz but it only had the HDMI 2.0 input at first I thought it was going to be weird going from a 55” Tv to a 27” monitor but right off that bat it just doesn’t compare gaming in a 27 inches is perfect for gaming I was doing it all wrong! And the 4K quality looks better on my LG monitor than it did on my Samsung TV and now I can take Advantage of the 120FPS features on certain games for my PS5 overall I’m very happy with my new monitor and would for sure recommend it to my friends or anyone to buy it if they can. 5 |

I've been using a 4k screen for a couple of years, but it was a Samsung TV as I wanted a larger screen and nothing in the monitor space yet existed. It was a good experience, I didn't have any issues - regardless of what people say about using TVs as monitors. However, once I noticed that OLED monitors were coming around, I considered going back. I wasn't crazy about dealing with burn-in and the odd ways manufactures try to prevent it. Instead, I wanted to see what Samsung was up to in the gaming monitor space. I came across this and was immediately drawn in because of the high fresh rate and it being 4k. I didn't consider the G8 because I didn't think the even higher refresh rate warranted the extra cost. Once I got the G7 connected, it was like playing games for the first time. Cyberpunk looked incredibly better than my 4k TV, colors popped and I could see details that I couldn't previously. The curvature is a bit odd at first, especially in Windows, but for gaming, I really like it. The high refresh rate was a new experience as well - I hadn't had anything higher than 60Hz, so again it was a new experience. This makes a big different not only in gaming, but using Windows - everything is so smooth. The height adjustment was another helpful feature as I needed it to be in a specific place. Without it, I would have had to use a box or something else unsightly. I'm not an RGB person, but found that I liked messing with the colors and do leave a solid color on most of the time. My only complaint, is the buttons to control the settings. I have some business monitors for work that are also Samsung and they use the same buttons. It's not my favorite and it feels a bit cheap. For an $1100 monitor, I'd expect a bit more, but it's not something I use often. I feel the monitor is on the expensive side, but it is worth it if you have the machine to push high end graphics to it. 5 |

This does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I have a 4K Ben Q monitor and a 2015 MacBook Pro that I have running in another room because of fan noise in my studio. I have an optical thunderbolt cable but couldn’t get 4K 60hz at the tail end of my Thunderbolt Daisy chain. No cable would allow me to get 4K at 60hz at the distance I needed. The longest cable run I could do was 6ft or so and that was unreliable. I got a very short DP cable run directly into the repeater and then I ran a 25ft display port cable outside the room and tacked it to the wall. Works perfectly. Make sure you have the shortest possible cable running directly to this box from the source. This is a great solution and doesn’t require you to spend $350+ on optical cabling that dies after a couple years because the lasers and sensors overheat. 5 |

at first i thought the company i leased it from forgot to get me a 4k 60hz monitor but certain hdmi ports are compatible on it. What I am getting at it is 4k 60hz but you need to make sure you have the right cable and you put in the cable in the hdmi port that supports 4k on the monitor. Its all in the manuals 5 |
