Samsung Chromebook Cracked Screen Use With Monitor

I looked at my monitor on set yesterday and realized in dismay that it had been totally cracked! But when I turned it on, it worked totally fine. Then I remember that I had put this screen protector on it a year ago and forgot about it. Pulled it off, and it seems that it had completely protected the screen from any damage! Going to buy another one right now.

Got this after my monitor screen got cracked in my camera bag for the second time - time to get a grown up case. The divider system is nifty. Definitely prefer it to the pluck-n-peel. My only gripe is that the 1510 case doesn't fit quite as much as I thought it would. It's definitely big enough to protect all my delicate items like cameras and lenses. I was hoping it would be able to fully replace the capacity of my camera bag, but no dice. small trade off for the piece of mind that my stuff is safe though.

Twice I've had ACs drop or smash my SmallHD monitor, both times it looked like the screen was completely cracked and both times it turned out only the screen protector cracked and my monitor was fine. Did the screen protector save my monitor? Possibly! Per the other reviews, I have had no issues attaching this to my monitor (one time I didn't apply it quite straight and I had to push out the air bubbles but once I did that no further problems). I also don't feel that the protector limits my ability to tell critical focus when I zoom in on my monitor.

Great item for getting my MacBook Air with a cracked screen, connected to a nice HD monitor. Great price as well!

I bought this to place old and slow Chromebook. It can do everything my Chromebook could except faster and with a much better screen.

Bought this originally as a phone sd card for an S21 and it's camera but I ended up getting a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 1... The Red Raider... And it worked wonders for it... I use that 4k Chromebook as a home Media Center... And the transfer speeds...as well as the Reliability... Hands down.. Samsung products are my Goto... And this Item is just proof of why.

I have used the ASUS ROG STRIX 32 4K HDR 160 Hz Gaming Monitor for over three months now and I still love it the way I did day one. This ASUS monitor replaced a low-end Samsung 27 monitor that I have had for a long time. Before the Samsung monitor, I had one of the first Gateway 1080P 27 monitors (which was a great gaming monitor in its day). Lastly, with an industry leading 2-year warranty from ASUS (register it at ASUS to be sure you are in the system), you can't go wrong if you are in the market looking for a higher quality 32 4K monitor. You can buy the latest PC build, but don't hesitate to upgrade what matters most, the screen on which you work/play. I would definitely buy another one of these ... if I only had room on my desk. Maybe a desk upgrade is in my future ...

I love to use this monitor for two PCs, either dividing the screen or using the entire screen for each. I even use the screen for Samsung Dex from my phone as well. On top of being a great multitasking monitor, I love that the monitor supports HDR10 and Freesync. At first when I got the monitor, the monitor made crackling sounds but now there are no sounds as Samsung said its normal for curved displays. Although this monitor may be huge, this monitor saves desk space and it is sleek. Since this monitor is VESA compatible, I went further by purchasing a monitor arm, made specifically for this monitor and frankly pairing these two is a game changer!

Thanks Samsung for making the best products ever! You knocked it out of the park with this monitor. 4K, curved screen, slim bezels, etc. etc. Keep up the great work in making your customers happy!
