Samsung Dex Monitor Compatibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung HW-S60D 5.0ch Soundbar has been a fantastic upgrade for my home entertainment setup. Initially, I purchased it to replace my existing Samsung soundbar, and the Dolby Atmos support, combined with the compatibility with my existing subwoofer and rear speakers, significantly enhanced my movie-watching experience. However, the real magic happened when I paired it with my new Samsung G8 OLED monitor. The soundbar's compact size fits perfectly under the monitor, and the sound quality is simply outstanding for both movies and video games. The Dolby Atmos adds an incredible level of immersion, making game sounds feel incredibly realistic and engaging. Connectivity has been seamless with both my Samsung TV and monitor, which is a huge plus. The SmartThings app is a great substitute for the lack of an LED display, offering convenient control over various settings. While HDMI passthrough would have been a nice addition, I understand the constraints in this form factor. Overall, the Samsung HW-S60D has exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is superb, the Dolby Atmos is immersive, and the compatibility is excellent. It's a fantastic all-around soundbar that I highly recommend, especially if you're looking to enhance your gaming or movie experience.

I was very excited, as I received my DeX pad. It works verry simple with perfect quality. BUT: For better protection, I bought the original Samsung Protective Case with stand for my S9+ and now it will not fit with the USB-C port. Now, when i want to use my DeX pad, I must remove the hole case. Please, Samsung, for those issue, sell a seperatly usb-c to usb-c connector maybe not longer then 1 centimeter.

This tv with the new Tizen OS gives smooth and seamless interface when I was navigating through it. The TV's remarkable speed gives it a lag-free navigation through menus and effortless adjustment of settings. Simply put my Samsung S23 ultra connected to the Samsung DeX allows me to enjoy phone’s games and apps on the big screen with ease. Also for my gaming needs this tv is perfect because of the gaming hub. I can just pair my controller and start playing games without the need for a console. And to make it even sweeter this tv can go 240hz!! What else can gamer want. The sidebar organization further enhances this tv making it very convenient. This is a plus in my book. Moreover, the picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and crisp imagery that rivals that of OLED TVs, thus having no bleeding issues. If you want a total package then this TV offers a seamless viewing experience with its sleek design, impressive speed, and stunning visual quality. Whether indulging in gaming or streaming content, it delivers on all fronts, making it a top choice for entertainment enthusiasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of I have Samsung galaxy note 10 plus so Dex figures are amazing. Easy to navigate & smooth selections. Colors sharp & beautiful. You can never go wrong with Samsung. They care about the products that they put out. Audio is almost out of this world, on how awesome it sounds. You will love playing games, watching sports & movies.

Ok so Dex might not replace the need for a PC for EVERYONE, but the same can be said about anything other than a PC. Truth is, the usability and capabilities of Samsung Dex are definitely underated and reviewers should talk more about it. The Dex pad has worked great for me. I initially bought the Dex cable (straight USB-C to HDMI) but it was limited (no charging, no usb ports, and no ultrawide monitor support). With this pad I was able to connect and see my phone in ultrawide, works great!!! With this pad I can connect mouse and keyboard, watch youtube while looking at 6 tabs in my browser and answering texts, all in my ultrawide monitor!!! Just dont expect it to be a PC, its not, and its not trying to be. One more thing: this thing includes the fast charger AND the HDMI cable!!!!!What?!?!?!
