Samsung External Monitor Mac Purple Line

Great monitor, just as expected from a company like Samsung, top of the line!

Performs exactly as described. It delivers the audio from my Mac to external monitor speakers. Great sound and a breeze to connect.

I bought two of these cables to add two additional monitors to a Mac Mini M2 Pro. They work great when plugged into the USB-C/TB4 ports. The main monitor is still fed from the built-in HDMI port. The Mac Mini M2 will support one external monitor and the M2 Pro version will support two external monitors. The only problem I have, from time to time, is that I have to reset the display arrangement after reboot or sleep. I don't think this has anything to do with the cable, but seems to be a feature of Mac display management or the order in which the connected monitors sleep and wake up. I've also used the same cable to connect an external monitor to an iPad Pro, for which it also works perfectly.

Works perfectly on Mac and and ASUS Chromebook. I use it for an external monitor on my Chromebook. I use the power pass through to charge the chromebook as well as the monitor interface. On the mMaqc to simply use it as USBA ports (Mac is USB C and Thunderbolt only). Works perfectly.

I have the new M1 Mac that only supports 1 external monitor, I was able to connect my 2 external monitors without any issues, just plugged it in and it worked! I haven't had any issues with them disconnecting. Worth every penny!

My desktop system is a MAC Mini and 27 monitor. With external CD, tiny 1TB drive, Card reader, printer, and backup drive, I ran out of ports. 4 of those could use USB3, so this came in very handy and an inexpensive solution.

If you want to connect your Mac Book or iPad with USBC to an external monitor, this is a must have. It works with my Mac Book Pro 13 and my iPad Pro 11.

I got this for use with my external monitor for virtual meetings. Easy to move between my Mac and my husbands PC. Plug and Play- various apps have no difficulty finding it and using it. Much better camera than what came with my MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. I didn't realize it came with integrated microphone until that option displayed as a selection. Nice bonus.

It's as described: beautiful, fast, and functional. I'm using it with a decent Samsung external monitor — flawless. Migration Assistant worked very well from my old iMac 27 Retina using an old Thunderbolt 2 MiniDisplay cable with a USB C adapter. Some said it wouldn't work, but apparently the MacBook Air powered the cable and migrated the files. Since then, I've been working on files, backing up to an old Time Capsule, swapping files, and performing my usual tasks — this laptop doesn't even get warm! It's perfect.

I am a Mac Pro user with a 65 4K Samsung JS6500 monitor. I need precision and this Kensington Tracball delivers. It is perfect to pick a pixel in Adobe LR or PS.
