Samsung External Ssd T7 1Tb

I needed an external USB-C that worked at least as fast as the Samsung T7 1TB at 10Gbps. The price was great, and for some reason, it's pink and I got it. It comes formatted in exFAT32, but it only takes seconds to change it to any other format and/or number of partitions.

This is by far the fastest portable ssd I've used - coming from samsung t5 and t7's mostly.

use this to record from my panasonic s5iix to t7 shield for external recording to ssd via usbc. works like a charm. i mount my t7 on 15mm rods jus behind the camera. this length keeps the ssd off the top of the camera and out of view.

I know it's in the description, but in case you're wondering, this will not fit the Samsung T7 SSD which is slightly thinner than the T5.

I have several Samsung Portable SSD T7 drives and they fit perfectly in the FP-3P77B (77mm) pouch. I can fit 3 SSDs into this pouch.

I use this case for my Samsung 4TB T7 Shield SSD. Originally I used a smaller case that was fine except slightly too small. When I got my first of these, I found it was perfectly sized for the SSD while being still small. It did the job so well that I bought 4 more for my other drives. It is rugged and good protection. I recommend it highly.

...and chose it over the just released Samsung 4TB T7 Shield Portable SSD (Black) as there were several complaints about the USB connector becoming too loose and poor support from Samsung CS.
