Tried other brands baby monitor and lots of problems. and end up using ecobee as baby monitor, quality of the video is good and audio monitoring is great. Ease of setup.

It has a wide angle view and tilt feature, that allows you to capture the whole room. It's very easy to use, you just plug and it's ready to go.

I got a Levana baby monitor for my son and was looking for a camera mount that would work with it, since Levana discontinued theirs. I found this one and decided to give it a shot. It attaches easily to the crib and since it has rubber feet, it won't damage the crib. It's easily maneuverable, so you won't have a problem getting a good view.

I've had the Smart Camera for about almost a week now and so far we are loving it. We got it mainly to use as a baby monitor, we we came across this one when researching for a video baby monitor; it's really neat that this is a home security camera with a baby monitor mode, so if we ever go on holidays or when our child gets older we can repurpose it. We were hesitant to get it at first, as I have found very few reviews about this product being used as a baby monitor, since it is a newer feature. We went ahead and ordered it because of the features and cost and glad we did! It arrived within a few days and was super easy to set up, including connecting to my Apple home network for Apple HomeKit Secure Video (nice being able to view the camera on the Home app, and even on Apple TV). The baby mode of the camera seems to work really well - the continuous audio function works well to be able to listen to the audio from the camera even when we close out of the app to open a different one or to lock the phone. Haven't used it yet but the activity zones or recording when there's motion seem to be good features. One thing that would be nice on it would be a built in thermometer/humidity reading like many other baby monitors have (I know ecobee has a thermostat and sensors, but living in an apartment don't want to buy the sensors if the thermostat won't be a good investment here).

It is excellent camera that can be set as security or baby monitor one. Connected with smart Ecobee thermostat, it is even getting better as you have all in one app, everything that you need, add on top sensors and it makes complete security and home monitoring system. 100% recommend it.
