We have added some of our own apps and favorites. Tying the tv to Alexa was an added bonus. No problem navigating the television if you do not want to use the remote, just use Alexa! The best part of purchasing this television is to use it as wall art when not watching a show. People have been over and did not even know that there was a TV on the wall in the room with them. ) This product is being used to convert HDMI from my PTZ camera to a TV display. By default, the converter did not like the frame rate that was being sent by the camera and therefore would not display. After a few hours of research, I determined that I needed to change the output of the camera to accommodate for the converter requirements (https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/microconverters). It works great now!! I would recommend this product, but would have been nice to know this before installing.

I have a 65 Samsung TV and just bought the Gradient Lightstrip and Hue Play HDMI Sync Box. I absolutely love it. It was very easy to set up and install. It adds a whole new perspective to the television. I already had other Hue lights in the house. It is awesome!

I was having HDMI handshake issues with my Samsung TV, Xfinity X1 Box and my Yamaha receiver. I had to turn everything on several times to get all components to work properly. I hooked up the HD Fury in between the cable box and TV and it works perfect each time. This is a great device.

I love my smart TV, but the sound quality on its own is not at all smart. I found myself constantly turning the volume up and down in a battle to find the right level because speaking was too quiet but music and sound effects were way too loud. The Samsung Soundbar has solved that issue immediately with no need for adjustment on my end; the sound as I watch movies, TV, or play video games is well balanced. I also have satellite radio on my TV, and it sounds awesome on the soundbar. Setup was super easy too- I just used the included HDMI cord to plug in to the HDMI/ARC port on my TV, plug in the power cord, and select the source and it was ready to go with no troubleshooting needed. I just love when something works like it's supposed to the first time, and is intuitive. I'm a happy camper!

I have the Arc with two Play 1s for surrounds, with a Samsung TV using HDMI. Had the original playbar (black) so visually Arc in white is much better - the shape, curves, all metal design and touch buttons now look great under the TV. Sound from TV (programs and streaming) is really great, and the quality of music is really pleasing. For us it's a upgrade in quality compared to using just TV speakers. Family happy!
