Samsung Frame Tv Not Recognizing Hdmi Input

Samsung places this monitor in their Essentials lineup - a moniker usually reserved by vendors for very basic devices. And, indeed, many things about this monitor are basic. But nothing is actually bad or even poor. The picture is good. The brightness is good. It properly handles 50Hz (PAL framerate) video from my retro gaming scaler, so that's a very nice feature. As is typical with inexpensive monitors, the stand is bare-bones and places the monitor quite low to the desk, but the VESA mounting option lets me add a $20 monitor arm to solve that issue. The single HDMI input is a tad limiting, but at $4 per port for the HDMI licensing fee, I can understand why they did that. It's also not excessively light-weight that it threatens to topple over on my desk. The external power supply is a bit of an odd design, being an in-line brick with with the AC input at an angle. Just something to keep in mind for cable routing concerns. In all, a great monitor for the price. Highly recommended.

I had an HDMI input on my TV damaged during a storm, so I was down to one input. This device lets me switch between my BlueRay player and cable box with ease, with the option of adding a third device later. The supplied remote is actually quicker and more convenient than using the TV remote’s input selector. Genius!

Used this to connect 3 gaming systems to a single HDMI input on TV. TV only has two inputs so left Xbox One X direct connected and used the switch for Xbox 360, Xbox One and Switxh. Works well. Bonus, it has a remote IR sensor so unit can be hidden and switching can be done remotely. Works well with USB power supplied by TV.

Worked perfect connected to my IPad Pro on one end and the other end to HDMI input on our TV. The TV mirrored everything that was on my IPad Pro including my Apps. The only drawback was the cable was really too short...I did not think about this when purchased, just want to see if worked with my Hyper Drive 6 in Hub attached to my IPad Pro since it had a HDMI port.

I bought this for my bedroom to be used with an old plasma tv that support ARC HDMI Input. The sound quality is there. The bass shakes the room, can feel it. Wireless subwoofer works flawlessly. The bar is thin and is not noticeable at all under the TV. I have an SVS subwoofer and Bowers speakers in another room and I can say this S800B does an excellent job for a Soundbar. Go for it.

Use this product to connect the ipad to the HDMI input on the TV and it works fine. This was the bets price that I could find. Easy to order and arrived quickly. Would recommend
