I bought this because I needed a way to mount a Samsung Gear 360 camera from a monopod, but I needed it to get above my 6'4 height. This was the longest monopod I could find (at a decent price). Event though you read the dimensions on the site here, it's still impressive at how compact it gets when folded up and how height it extends to. The build quality is really sturdy and I feel it could probably handle my Canon 1DX with 100-400 lens. Worth the price! 5 |

I have had the camera and two batteries for some time. Always inconvenienced by not being able to charge off camera. Then during the course of rearranging my gear, lost the cord for on camera charging. Bought this and wish I had gotten it when I got the camera. Big difference! 5 |
