The original battery for my Samsung SC-HMX-20C video camera died years ago, so I decided to get two replacement batteries for the camera. The Watson IA-BP85ST battery was the replacement and it worked great. Both batteries charged up without any problems and I used the camera for about an hour of recording on each battery and the camera said I still had 30 minutes of life left in the battery. Exact Replacement and Fit for my APC SMX3000LV. It's heavy and stout. My UPS was able to hot-swap this battery with no issue. Disconnect the old battery and slide it out. Slide the new battery in and connect it. The UPS LED screen will recognize it as a new battery, just choose the affirmative. Once installed, don't forget to run the Battery Test on the UPS front panel so it will extinguish the red Bad Battery Icon Light. 5 |

Very short on cash right now,, so needed to watch spending. But, had to be sure I was ready for a championship football game where a bunch of really big guys were depending on me. Original battery finally gave out during the last playoff and I couldnt have that happen again (like I said these guys are BIG), so i contacted B&H to ask about offbrand and to be sure it would fit my camera. (always contact B&H customer service to be sure im not making a stupid mistake) He stated Pearstone was just as good and would fit my camera. I took over 1300 pictures on Sat night and no problems whatso ever. Had a back up just in case. (while my photography skills still need work, the battery worked just fine) 5 |
