I can now control what, when, and how I watch video.

I got this Fluid Head be cause I watch Jem Schofield C47 website video on some of the gear he like. For the price I think it works great. I use it with a Canon VIXIA HF G10 and Canon 70D. The wife got it for me on my birthday. I'm using it on a Manfrotto 290 MT294A3 tripod.

For protection of my video gear and room to fit everything, but my cables, the case is great. Ample room and protection, easy adjustment with the foam cubes makes it great. Only thing missing, would be a shoulder strap.

This combo set is a perfect fit for my video gear. I especially like the design of the receiver unit, it plugs right in to the camera or field recorder without taking up any space and hardly adds any weight to the rig. I'm still getting the hang of the settings for the sound but I've had no drop out or feedback issues with either the mic or lav components. I'm on the verge of ordering a second set. B&H delivered on time to Hawaii and the equipment was well packed for the long journey.

I am doing more and more work with DSLR for video, and have been investing in more lenses. I'm on a budget, so it was important that I get a case that fit the following criteria: 1) Can fit all of my photo gear. 2) Can keep all of my gear safe regardless of shoot conditions (I sometimes travel overseas with gear). 3) Is under $200. The 1600 Series Pelican case fits all of these criteria. So far, I've fit a DSLR body, 5 lenses, cards and battery. I still have over half a case left for other items I plan to get in the near future. I think, in the end, I'll fit an additional 1-2 lenses, 2 flashes, and an additional camera body in the case. My only critique would be that this case somewhat crosses the line of what is small enough to carry. I'm a larger guy, so it's manageable for me. But, if it is fully loaded, it might be a bit of trouble to lug it around. Also, don't forget to get a silica gel pack for the case.

Used this for a recent music video shoot to transport my gear and it was amazing. I was able to fit a Sony A7RIII, and 28-75, 70-200, 18mm, 35mm, 50mm, a 5in monitor, shotgun mic, on camera led light, collapsible tripod, GoPro, and my 16in laptop and 11i iPad, chargers and extra batteries for all my gear. With space to spare! Very sturdy build and wheels rolled very smoothly and handles felt very secure. I haven't had the opportunity to fly with this yet - but I'm very excited.

We're wedding videographers and this fit pretty much all of our video gear (11 lenses, 3 DSLR bodies, batteries, chargers, 2 LCDVF's, filters, Rocket Air), some of our audio equipment (2 Rode video mics, 1 Sony handheld Mic (UWP-V2), and even our two Midland walkies + security headsets. The case is sturdy, looks good, rolls great, and is just simply put: exactly what we needed! I think this would almost certainly fit in the overhead compartment of larger 737+ aircraft too...
