Widescreen Ultra Extended Graphics Array" (WUXGA) is a 16x10 aspect ratio with a display resolution of 1920x1200 pixels which provides a slight edge over the FHD (Full High definition) monitors. Other notable features of the monitor are Low blue light mode, Anti-glare, good Contrast ratio (1000:1) and refresh rate of 5ms (milliseconds). Monitor supports multiple ports like HDMI, USB, Display Port etc. Monitor box/package contains multiple cables including DisplayPort 1.2 cable, HDMI cable, USB cable and AC power cable. Monitor is easy to install and can be used horizontally as well as vertically. Its design is sleek and stylish. Overall it is a great package.

I bought this to connect my aging Samsung monitor, which only has DVI and VGA inputs, to my new computer which only has DisplayPort and HDMI outputs. Since the monitor doesn't have a sound system in it, DisplayPort is the natural choice, and I use the HDMI of for my pen tablet. Cable works flawlessly with no problems in picture quality and has plenty of length to be able to stow the computer out of the way. It feels durable enough to last many years.

Samsung places this monitor in their Essentials lineup - a moniker usually reserved by vendors for very basic devices. And, indeed, many things about this monitor are basic. But nothing is actually bad or even poor. The picture is good. The brightness is good. It properly handles 50Hz (PAL framerate) video from my retro gaming scaler, so that's a very nice feature. As is typical with inexpensive monitors, the stand is bare-bones and places the monitor quite low to the desk, but the VESA mounting option lets me add a $20 monitor arm to solve that issue. The single HDMI input is a tad limiting, but at $4 per port for the HDMI licensing fee, I can understand why they did that. It's also not excessively light-weight that it threatens to topple over on my desk. The external power supply is a bit of an odd design, being an in-line brick with with the AC input at an angle. Just something to keep in mind for cable routing concerns. In all, a great monitor for the price. Highly recommended.

I recently also bought a Samsung UHD monitor from B & H to use with my laptop, and though the monitor includes an HDMI cable, a friend recommended my buying the Mini DisplayPort Adapter Cable for even higher quality than the HDMI. Not only was it inexpensive, it definitely makes a worthwhile difference in sharper and richer picture quality, and would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to improve their monitor picture quality.

Buy the monitor to have it connected to two computers and use it when needed. I have one by HDMI and the other by USB-C. It works wonderfully.

I was looking to purchase the Samsung Odyssey 49 monitor, when its price went up just as I was about to buy it. So, I switched to this ASUS ROG monitor, which, at that time was around $300 less expensive. This turned out to be a very good decision for a number of reasons: - I use this plugged in to my work computer, which does not require the monitor to be bleeding edge. This perfectly checks the box - it gives me everything I need and more, and doesn't come with a hefty price tag associated with features I would never require. - This has a curvature of 1800R, unlike the Samsung, which has a curvature of 1000R. This means that it is less curved, which is optimal for me as I tend to have the monitor at a 3-3.5 ft. distance from my eyes. A monitor too curved would cause me challenges at the edges at such a distance. - This has a USB-C port with PD, which greatly simplified the wiring on my desk. I am able to connect my laptop directly to this port and have the rest of the ports on the monitor connect to other accessories like speakers, keyboards, an ethernet cable etc. I was able to swap out a dock as a result of this. - While I don't use them, there are also ports for HDMI and DisplayPort, which would support PBP/PIP. If I were to list any negatives, these would be a couple: - There are only 3 USB ports, and I need to connect 5 devices. This is a minor inconvenience, and I got around this by simply plugging a hub to one of the USB ports. - The placement of the ports is quite inconvenient. Having the ports face downwards in the middle of the back panel poses quite a few challenges while trying to set up the wiring. That being said, it is an activity you only have to do once. All in all, this is a fantastic purchase.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have several Lenovo USB-C and Thunderbolt docks deployed among our staff and they are always great performers and reliable. This Hybrid dock may lack Thunderbolt support, but so do many of our AMD-powered laptops - exactly why we were seeking a USB option. I appreciate the dual-monitor options of a combination of DisplayPort and HDMI outputs, having always found DisplayPort connections to be problematic. Even higher resolution displays are solid with this dock and some quality HDMI 2.0/2.1 cables. Quickly solved a resolution issue we had connecting a different dock to a 1440p ultrawide monitor with this. I also like that the cable to connect to the computer offers an attached USB-A connector for use with systems that do not feature a USB-C connection. Very versatile, even with slightly older systems.

I am amazed that being so latest and recent its still missing USB C port which is now a new normal for all laptops to use one single port for charging and display One of the best feature i liked was that i can wirelessly connect bluetooth keyboard and mouse to the monitor and use the monitor to access cloud PC services such as Microsoft 365 and Google applications all without a PC. Now, the sound is where it's at. Those 5Wx2ch Stereo Speakers are surprisingly loud and clear. Movie nights or gaming sessions hit different with that HDR 10 support – it's like upgrading your entertainment game. Honestly, if you want a monitor that's not just tech but a whole vibe, the LG 27SR50F-W is where it's at. It's like the cool kid in the monitor world – stylish, smart, and totally worth it.

Great monitor. Can be connected via HDMI, USB, DP. Has one speaker not two but the sound is good. Also has a great webcam that is independently adjustable from the screen angle. I'm very happy with this purchase.
