It has crisp and enriching noise levels that were tested with a couple of devices, which is another factor I really like about this unit. Comes bundled with a comfortable and easy-to-use control (batteries included) for adjusting your preferred audio settings and connectivity method. I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought the slimness of this soundbar may not produce good enough sound, however I was pleasantly surprised when I fired up one of the Marvel movies and the sound was pretty good! The subwoofer also did not disappoint, the deep bass was just enough for our living room. I liked the handy remote, and the soundbar sits unobtrusively with our TV and pumps awesome theatrical Dolby Atmos. I would definitely recommend this Soundbar to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system, as it is easily installed and ready to wow you.

This Polk Audio Signa S2 2.1- channel Soundbar has a very good sound with good frequency range on a budget. It sounds great with the Tiny Desk concert and viewing movies. I'd recommend for others to use in a small apartment.

We considered many options including headphones, but none seemed to fit our needs like a soundbar. We chose the Samsung HW-S80D because the reviews on the sound quality were outstanding, the slim design complements our decor, and the value provided by this Samsung device just pushed us to make this purchase. We have been very pleased with our soundbar. With Samsung,s Voice Amplifier feature dialogue is clear and understandable, music is crisp, and the quality is superb. Surprisingly, this relatively small speaker system can easily fill the room with undistorted sound, thanks to the Spacefit Sound feature. I recommend the Samsung HW-S80D to my family and friends, and I highly recommend it to you.

i connected these to the samsung hw-801s soundbar and they really completed the sound. the rear speakers are clear and more than loud enough. once i figured out to adjust the surrounds volume through the soundbar remote they were great. i actually had put the volume too high and turned down the volume a little. i recommend if you get these to read some of samsung’s responses to other low rated reviews, it helped me figure out how to adjust them. hopefully the next version of these can be made smaller though.
