The color quality is awesome, thanks to the OLED technology. Unlike normal LED screens that go to a dark gray when displaying black, this monitor achieves true black by turning the pixels all the way off. This contrast creates a more vivid and immersive viewing experience. The HDR support further enhances the color, making games and videos look even more lifelike. The monitor itself is massive compared to my old one, which means I can only run one monitor due to the size of my desk. But honestly, with a screen this impressive, I don't feel like I need a second monitor. One of the standout features is the 240Hz display. This high refresh rate lets my new beefy computer perform at its best, allowing for up to 240 frames per second. My old monitor could only handle 144Hz, so the jump to 240Hz has made gaming incredibly smooth. The difference in gameplay is noticeable, especially in high-impact games where graphics are a key selling point. The monitor also comes with its own USB output, which is super handy for plugging in a charger directly. Another great feature is the onboard media center, allowing me to install apps like Netflix and stream shows with the same stunning color quality and fidelity. Coming from a 240hz tn, the first thing in my head was 280hz small improvement. But pair that with IPS now you got something! And for only $330 is a no brainer. Don’t try to save $100 but getting a $200 monitor that 144 and tn. Just get this monitor! Banger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just blown away by this monitor after a couple days. The first say or two it took me a while to get used to the colors since I came from an IPS panel, but once I got used to it, I really started loving this monitor. Gaming such as racing games is super fun and really brings your sense of speed up to new levels. Productivity I've been using software to split the monitor into 3 equal parts which let's me open up email, a browser, and a server up at the same time for work which means I don't even have to use my second monitor to be productive! Gaming at 1440p at 240hz works well because then you can hit those frames with a decent graphics card. 4k personally I would feel as overkill and I'd rather have a high refresh 240hz screen than 4k. The packaging I was very happy to see padded and secured so I wouldn't have any worries with shipment. The stand is very study, almost too sturdy as raising and lowering the monitor requires 2 hands and you have to get up to do it. The curve of the monitor is good and the hdr in full screen is bright, way brighter than other monitors I've tried. Another benefit is the monitor turns on pretty quick which is good because I'm always walking away from my computer. Windows trys to force the monitor audio as default but just disable it in playback devices and you'll be good. Overall a great monitor I can fully recommend.

Great monitor for gaming and productivity. Being an IPS panel the colors are great but with the downsides of having less contrast when compared to a VA panel. Pick your poison I guess. Overall I am very happy after having switched from a Samsung G9 which while impressive was just too big for my desk.

To start, the photo is to try to compare the new MSI QD-OLED with my IPS monitor. The photo really does not do it justice but I tried, in person this QD-OLED makes the IPS look very washed out and dull. That said, this is the best monitor available for gaming. It is 1440p which is a nice middle ground of good pixel density for this screen size while still being not too bad in trying to push a high frame rate (you will not be able to get a high frame rate from a 4k monitor). The 360hz refresh rate on oled means this monitor also has amazing motion clarity which makes it really good for competitive games while still looking amazing for more scenic games thanks to the QD-OLED panel. Also unlike some other OLED panels out there, this one does not use a matte coating so it looks much better. This monitor is also nice for watching tv or movies, while it has many nice things for games, this is still a QD-OLED so it has amazing color and contrast. So it's a great multimedia consumption device altogether. Two other nice things is a 90 watt usb-c port with DisplayPort which should help keep desk setup stay looking clean. Monitor stand is nice and heavy so the monitor doesn't wiggle around while you are typing or gaming.
