Had to called CS twice for help with admin password being constantly rejected. Process to change password equally frustrating since I had a previous account. Had to call CS twice. Download of Nighthawk app using iPhone difficult due to password complications even after password was successfully re-set. 5 |

I use this controller at several of my small apartment building. Easily ties into my cloud account at Unifi so I can manage all of my sited from a single dashboard. It has a TB of storage as well! 5 |

Setup was straight forward. The price is very reasonable. Being able to manage your account directly is a great plus. The only problem I experience is being able to control my sound bar from the remote and turn on/off the "system" with just one remote. The learning curve for navigating the system takes time when you are accustomed to another provider. However that is expected. Very much worth a try ! 5 |

Kinda reminds me of the muslin used in the background of interviews in the Amanda Knox documentary on Netflix. Using it primarily as a background for Zoom calls atm but could see using this for an interview setup if a room is ugly. Have received many compliments from colleagues. Do not bother with cheap knock offs this is the real deal. 5 |

Really impressed with the speed of this SSD. Samsung also offers a handy software to manage your SSD and check on its S.M.A.R.T. statistics and drive health. I would recommend to anyone looking for a solid reliable SSD for gaming and general computer use. Seems to bottleneck under heavy sustained computing loads, but that's to be expected with consumer grade SSDs. 5 |
