The laptop tray mount tray works perfectly. I've can now manipulate my laptop on a VESA arm just like my other monitor. It is held very securely. I am very happy with the product. I had a missing part when my product arrived. I reached out to customer service and they answered promptly, and fixed the situation promptly as well. No company is going to be immune from occasional glitches that can happen in shipping. A company with good customer service that fixes the issues quickly is to be treasured.
