Samsung Laptop Display Cable

I used this cable to connect my laptop to the display port in a Samsung 21:9 Monitor. Working exactly as I expected. No issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how the display does use quantum dots so its color is far more accurate than the typical LED-backlit LCD computer monitor. Also i like that Samsung's CJ791 is simple and fast to set up. The power cable and the Thunderbolt 3 cable will get you up and running with any modern MacBook Pro,and other Samsung devices.

This dock is absolutely worth it. I have dual 1440p monitors (one Apple Thunderbolt Display and one Cinema Display), both are running perfectly at 60 hz via adapters. I keep an external SSD plugged into the 10 gbps port and get great consistent speeds. No problem getting sustained full gigabit speeds over the Ethernet port. I often get handed SD cards by my colleagues to offload media to our servers. Those transfers are fast with the UHS-II card reader. USB thumb drives are also so handed to me frequently, these get plugged in the front USB ports. All this AND I get 87 watts of power to my laptop. Now I can unplug just one cable if I have to go to a meeting or do a video call in another room. The CalDigit software that ejects everything with one click is nice as well. In short, my laptop becomes a desktop with just one cable. This is the best purchase you can make for your mac if you use it in a professional environment. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. It’s better than all other options on the market at the time of this writing (August 2020).

I have never been a fan of the laptop keyboard and trackpad when docked at the office, so I always used an external monitor and keyboard/mouse. Now, I can open up the display and sit side-by-side of my external monitor as a truly usable second display. It's the perfect height and give enough room underneath to hide drives and extra accessories. Really cleans up my desk. I may mount some cable management underneath the deck to help with some cable run.

I have set up where I use 2 work supplied laptops, but also need a TV. The 3 inputs HDMI (cable), Display port (one laptop) and VGA (the other laptop) allowed this monitor to fit all of my needs! Plus the picture is outstanding (and as most reviews state, the built in speakers not so much) but a decent $15 external speaker worked wonders.

I recently also bought a Samsung UHD monitor from B & H to use with my laptop, and though the monitor includes an HDMI cable, a friend recommended my buying the Mini DisplayPort Adapter Cable for even higher quality than the HDMI. Not only was it inexpensive, it definitely makes a worthwhile difference in sharper and richer picture quality, and would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to improve their monitor picture quality.

I use this cable to connect both my Dell Laptop XPS17 and my Samsung Galaxy S24 phone to my External Seagate 5TB drives. Works great - highly recommend.

When my Samsung Series 7 laptop started making loud noises, I knew I had a problem. If you've ever had a HHD fail, you know the sound I'm talking about. I ran to Bestbuy to pickup a SSD to replace my HHD and they didn't have the cable I needed. Dead in the water... I searched online for a USB 3.0 to 2.5 SATA III drive adapter cable and found some crazy expensive options. With a little more digging I found H&B Photo. They had the cable in stock at a great price and shipped it overnight to me. Within 24 hours the SSD was installed and I was up and running. NOW my machine is CRAZY fast and whisper quiet. Should have had the HHD fail years ago! Thanks H&B!
