Samsung Laptop Wifi Dropping Out

This was easy to setup, and has worked without any flaws. Replaced an Orbi system that was randomly dropping WiFi requiring full factory reset to recover. This is already better and I am getting higher internet throughput. Would recommend this hands down.

This is a very nice unit. Beyond our needs in a simple household. We just wanted to go directly wired abs keep the WiFi OUT of our home. Waaaay over our heads in all its capabilities. Yet simple to set up to do what we need it to do. Stepson is a gamer and I just need internet. Very happy with B&H for fast shipping and fair prices!!

The Samsung Pro series is one of the, if not the, best SSD's on the market. With the price dropping, there's really no reason to not have your operating system on a high performance, high quality SSD. And this is it.

Its a laptop, prone to be near spills, dropping out of bags and general rough handling. Good to know there is some protection.

I never want to think about dropping my camera and/or lenses, but it does happen. With the Canon insurance an unfortunate drop or spill can be very expensive. I've never needed to use it so far, but it's there if I need it. I have it for all my bodies and lenses. I have Apple Care for my Mac laptop and when a glass of water spilled on it, it ended up needing a logic board and video screen had to be replaced. It saved me having to buy a new laptop. I feel better with the same kind of insurance for my camera equipment when I'm out at the ocean or in the Sierras on granite cliffs or just at home.

NEEDED TO CLEAR OUT SOME PICS/VIDS FROM MY LAPTOP, BUT STILL WANT THEM HANDY TO SHARE. IT ALSO PROVIDES A SEPARATE CACHE THAT IS NOT TIME CAPSULE BACK-UPS. VERY COMPACT AND LIGHT WEIGHT WITH ULTRA QUIET MOTION. USE YOUR FINGERS TO SENSE THAT IT IS OPERATING. THE CONNECTOR IS IDIOT PROOF

Out of the box up and running and Esata on my laptop is nearly as fast as the internal drive so the drive appears as a seamless integration. Haven't spent the time yet understanding the system tools provided but in general I was amazed that 250G transfer only took 45 minutes which is pretty amazing considering the technology of the past.

THE SOUND WENT OUT ON MY MAC LAPTOP, BECAUSE THIS GETS IT SOUND VIA USB I GOT MY SOUND BACK!

Connection took few minutes - there are lots of cables to be rearranged. After this no issues at all. Image quality on the screen (1680x1050) from standard PC and Dell E6400 laptop are fantastic. For unknown reason the laptop did not recognize the USB gear immediately, but after reboot (living it alone alive at the switch) everything got fixed. Video camera works great connected to the back of the switch, phone jack connected to Line Out on the front panel will cut off sound from the speakers, living it only to whatever is connected to the Line Out jack. I tested the front panel USB with stick drive and RCI to USB converter - works fantastic. Highly recommend this to professionals and amateurs! It is expensive, but it deserves the money!
