Samsung M3 Wireless Speakers Review

This is my second M3. I use it to mike loud speakers at wedding receptions. And it's been great!

This new Samsung SSD is fast but not optimized for Apple macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 on my iMac M3. The SSD on-screen controls that interface with my computer do not make sense or work. Basically you can just load data onto the SSD, eject it, and pull the USB4 cable to stop it.

After Zoom issued a recall for the M2, M3 and M4 saying they identified the RF issue, I was confident in trying out the M3, and I'm glad I did! No RF issues for me yet. For my purposes, this mic is more valuable as a standalone mic than an on-camera mic. I can put it on a small desktop stand or on a boom and it essentially replaces having to run a shotgun, wire and separate recorder (F6 or F3) which saves so much time in setting up. I recently used it for a small shoot where I placed the M3 on a small desktop tripod on a podium to record some folks speaking at an event. There were too many speakers to try to mic up individually and the PA system wasn't adequate to record from, so this was a great alternative/backup to attempting to record everyone. The problem was that one of the speakers walked off to the side, however because of the M3 Edit & Play software, I could change the directivity of the recording after the fact and it worked great! This feature plus internal 32bit recording makes the M3 an awesome tool to add to your audio recording tool kit.

I love all of them really, easy to use, easy to pair and great sound. Everybody comes to small parties with small coin sized speakers. Noone expects you to pull out of the trunk a full sized tower speaker with lights. Let alone two of them to play stereo:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 monitor is the best monitor I’ve ever used. The picture is crystal clear and adapts to any game type you play (first person shooters, sports, role playing, strategy, simulation, and adventure games). Only downside is that it has no speakers so you will need external speakers if you wish to not use a headset. The quality is so good, I just ordered the Samsung Neo QLED 8k for all my streaming purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded my Soundbar from a 7.1.2 Channel bar to the Samsung Q910D 9.1.2 Channel bar, and the upgrade was beyond worth it! This is a fully immersive experience with sound so good that it almost makes it challenging to focus on the screen. The room my TV is in is long and narrow, so not having the sound bounce around and just sound jumbled & loud has always been tricky. The SpaceFit Sound Pro calibration instantly made the sound amazing. I have the Samsung QN85B Neo QLED TV, and it pairs beautifully with this setup. I did find that setting the soundbar up on SmartThings via the TV had a hiccup, but then I just moved to my phone, and it was all dialed in within a minute to two. The back speakers are awesome! I honestly didn’t know I needed them, especially in my room, but there are so many little nuances to shows and movies that these speakers capture to really make you feel like you are in the middle of the entertainment. I think one of my biggest surprises is the balance that the system provides. The adaptive sound feature is incredible. The dialogue track of everything I have watched is crystal clear no matter if it is an intense action scene, the Taylor Swift concert on repeat with my daughter, or a quieter scene. Trust me, you won’t miss a thing. Another added benefit of pairing this soundbar with a Samsung TV is that the profile is perfect. Currently my TV is not wall mounted, so the soundbar sits perfectly in front of my TV without impeding the picture or leaving a gap between the bar and the TV. It provides a very clean design that feels integrated into the room. I have not tested the soundbar on a different brand of TV to verify that the quality when used with a Samsung TV is better, but all I can say is I will never watch TV the same again. This soundbar makes you appreciate your investment in a decent TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Dec 2022 to go with a new samsung TV. The pair use what's called q symphony which allows all the speakers to be used from both the tv and sound bar to work as one unit. Overall the sound is great not much adjusting needed. Only downside is the soundbar doesn't use eARC just ARC through one port, so everything needs to be connected to the TV then the TV to the soundbar, no optical connection either. It's very long for a soundbar which should fit under a 55" or larger, but the depth is extremely slim compared to the Q800 model that I saw in a retail store. Overall love the soundbar thinking on picking up the matching rear atmos wireless speakers soon to finish it off. If you need alot of connections directly to your soundbar or need a digital display on it, this soundbar is not for you. For everyone else, especially samsung tv owners who can use Q Symphany, want to have a very flush mounting soundbar, the HW-S800B is an excellent purchase, with the option to expand to a full 5.1(2).4 system.

My husband is a Samsung loyal customer and he wanted to add a some speakers to our living room tv. I actually didn’t think we needed these speakers but boy was I mistaken! The sounds that weren’t coming thru with just the tv is really shocking!! We were missing so much and I had no idea! I also like that it doesn’t take up much room for the amount of sound you get from just two speakers! These two Samsung speakers automatically optimize and calibrate to fit your space for the most accurate and clear sound. Scenes are analyzed in real time to pull out the most important audio based on the type of content. As a producer, I have always been looking for new ways of duplicating screens and allowing people in the booths to be able to see lyrics. Samsung TV has allowed me to do so both in the studio and at home. The amazing sound quality of the speakers makes the experience so good even diminishing the use of my studio speakers. Aside from production, the beautiful picture quality allows for good Netflix streaming.
