[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Monitor M8 is an impressive all-in-one display that combines versatility and convenience. With a 32-inch 4K UHD screen, it delivers vibrant and sharp picture quality, making it ideal for both work and entertainment. The monitor's built-in smart features, including apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Samsung TV Plus, provide seamless streaming without needing an external device. Its integrated webcam and built-in speakers make it perfect for video conferencing, and the SlimFit camera is detachable for privacy. The M8 also offers USB-C connectivity with charging support, reducing cable clutter and making it easy to connect and power devices. Its sleek, slim design and multiple color options add a modern aesthetic to any setup. Overall, the Samsung Smart Monitor M8 is a great choice for those seeking a multifunctional monitor that can effortlessly switch between productivity and entertainment tasks. 5 |

I paired the Samsung M80C with an Apple Mac Mini and I couldn't be more pleased with the combo. I've never had a monitor with this resolution and it's made a world of difference in my work....and the game I play is gorgeous in 4K. Based on other reviews, I wasn't expecting much from the speakers, but they are a nice surprise. I've been able to free up desk space and retire my separate speakers. If there is one, very small, detraction from perfection, it's the camera's inability to be adjusted up or down without adjusting the whole screen. Oh, I also really like the remote control. I never did like pushing buttons on the back or bottom edge of a monitor and I like using the remote. 5 |

Hard to beat a good ViewSonic monitor. This might be the best value at 1080P 165hz! If it's anything like my past VS monitors, it'll last you 10+ years! 5 |

This works great as a second monitor. Perfect for another browsing monitor, Photoshop palettes, VS Code, email or whatever. 5 |

Purchased this for my A/V project studio. I mounted a 27” Samsung monitor that weighs approx 15 lbs. I plan on upgrading my monitor to a high end 4k HDR monitor, so wanted something quality that can handle the weight of that type of monitor. Turned tension all the way down and stays pretty smooth. A little more force needs to be applied on a downward tilt, but that’s the only issue with the monitor being a little under spec weight. Can’t believe I waited this long to go VESA mount. It gives me so much extra real estate on the desk for Avid S1, Maschine, DJ controller, keys all in front of me. Love being able to pull it in close for detail work or elevate and tilt up to work when standing. White is clean. High value purchase- 5 |

I like and trust Apple Displays for their beautiful image and color accuracy. I retouch photographs and color grade videos and films. The Apple monitor is accurate and bright with great resolution. It's a good size and small footprint on my desk. I purchased it with the new Mac Studio. It works well with the new computer. I purchased the Apple 27 Studio display with just the tilt option and it works fine. It sits nicely above the Mac Studio computer. The stand doesn't take up much desk space. There is no power switch for the monitor. As soon as you turn on the computer it is on and ready for viewing. I also like that there is no sleep light to keep flashing when the monitor is off or sleeping. The bezel around the viewable screen is a reasonable size and smaller than my other LG monitor. The Apple Display is easy to setup. Just plug it in and plug in the included Thunderbolt cable to the computer. Both cables are a soft and flexible black cable. I think the price is reasonable for the Apple Studio Display. My first Apple Display was the HD 24 version and cost around $1899 to $2199. Many years later the 5K 27 version is less money than that. I think that's a good deal. And much more affordable than the 32 XDR 6K monitor. I'm very pleased with the Apple Studio Display, as it just works well and looks great. 5 |

I did a lot of searching for a new monitor to pair w/ a new Apple Studio. The Apple monitor they would like you to use w/ this is very expensive. I do a lot of photography processing and need something less than Apple, yet still has calibrated colors. I am shocked at how nice this ViewSonic is! 4K with Adobe/SRGB color calibration. The 32 is even more useful than expected and the price is great. 5 |

I switched to a Mac Studio recently after spending the last 10 years editing video on iMac, and this monitor holds up incredibly well. No, it is not a 5K Retina display. However, it is about $1,000 less expensive than an Apple Display, and after using it for two weeks, I'm not noticing any major differences. The color and the resolution are high quality and very suitable for editing 4K video. This monitor also connects directly to the Mac Studio through a USB-C, and it started right up the first time. (I had read reviews that firmware needed to be updated on the monitor to use the USB-C connection, but I didn't not experience this). The 31.5 display is also a nice upgrade over the 27 iMac - that extra bit of real estate is always welcome. It takes up about the same amount of space on my desk as the iMac did. The matte screen is also great. The Retina Displays were too glossy with too many reflections, whereas this monitor minimizes and soften reflections. I'm very happy with this purchase, and if you're looking for a cost-effective alternative to an Apple Display, I would recommend the Dell Ultrasharp 31.5 4K HDR Monitor. 5 |

For years I have searched for a glossy 4k/5k IPS monitor comparable to Apple displays the one in the iMac (and now the Studio display). The search is over. The Alogic Clarity is awesome, and even looks like an Apple product. Not having that matte coating on the screen makes the colors pop with crisp text, much better than my matte LG 32 IPS monitors. I use the monitors for work (coding & engineering work), photo editing, watching movies, and general computer use. The monitor gets plenty bright at 400 nits (non-hdr) and 600 (hdr). It's only 60Hz and I don't game so I can't comment how it is for that purpose. One thing to note, I use this with a Mac Studio. The colors look great using whatever connection type I use. However, when connected via the thunderbolt 3 out to display port 1.4 in, the "Use as" scaling options for text are available, whereas if using the usb-c connection that is not the case (though it still allows for using different resolutions). If you are familiar with glossy displays, then yes, there are reflections with this monitor. And this may not be the best monitor in a room full of windows. But if used away from windows it's not an issue. To me, the benefit of having a clearer, sharper picture, more vibrant colors, and better perceived blacks, far outweighs the negatives. My only complaint is that it only comes in a 27 size. My god if this thing only came in a 32 size. 5 |
