Samsung Monitor Buttons Not Responding

I really like this monitor it's a definite upgrade from my 32" samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a Samsung guy and always buy Samsung products. I am very impressed with this TV! This a big upgrade over the regular OLEDs. If you're coming from a standard HD TV that you picked up for couple hundred bucks, you are going to be blown away at the quality. The colors are so bright, vibrant, eye-popping, and just breath taking. And the blacks are TRUE blacks with NO pixelation whatsoever. The TV has many great features, such as ambient lighting, many applications, built in voice AI of your choosing (Alexa or Google Assistant), like older models you get Samsung TV Plus for free with tons of channels, and screen saver mode, which you can add any picture you want. And while some people do not like the new interface, I think it's very simple, well organized, and easy to use. The remote controller is still slim, like last generation. If you're coming from a convential remote with numbers and tons of buttons, it may take a little time getting use to as there is no number buttons on remote at all. If trying to go to a specific channel, voice AI is fastest and best way to do it. Has built in Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ buttons for quick access. Fun fact! The new remote does NOT take any batteries whatsoever. It charges via solar lighting (sunlight) when remote is upside down. How cool is that?! No more worrying about batteries dying. Gaming experience on this TV is phenomenal, with built-in in surround sound. Overall, this is the best Samsung TV I've ever had hands down, and I'm just blown away with the picture quality. If you're like me and love watching your favorite TV series and movies in the absolute best quality, then I highly recommend this TV!

The new cover works great. It attaches as needed with no lag in responding when typing.

Installation is straightforward, responding time is reasonable quick. Good product.

Can't say enough great things about this monitor. The brightness, the ease of use, the buttons...it's perfect. Heads up, if you've got an FX30, the display window on the camera will be black once you plug it in. But that hasn't been a problem at all. Highly recommend with the additional purchase of a Magic Arm!

The monitor is very nice. The clearing is very clear and sharpe. The only thing I have to use to is the buttons behind the monitor. A Vvry good monitor for the price.
