Samsung Motion Rate Projector

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After researching many TV's online and looking at many of them in store, I settled on this particular Samsung. I have owned several Samsung TV's over the years and have always had an excellent experience with them. They have crystal clear pictures and excellent longevity. We as a family also have Samsung phones and tablets, and since they all integrate so well together it's just icing on the cake. One of the big reasons I went with this TV over others was the 240 recovery rate. With this TV being a 75 inch, motion can get pixilated easily and models with the 120 refresh rate just couldn't keep up with fast motion, this became especially apparent when watching a football game and the thrown football becomes a brown blur. With the 240 refresh rate on this model, this is not a problem. So for all you football fans that want a solid, reliable TV that will keep the games clear, this model is a winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung CRG9 is great for gaming. It has impressive motion handling due to its fast response time, resulting in very clear motion. It also has excellent low input lag at its native refresh rate, and it supports FreeSync to reduce screen tearing, though only over DisplayPort. Unfortunately, the image degrades at an angle, so it isn't ideal for co-op gaming.its pros are, large screen size, high refresh rate, great response time and VRR support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung OLED G8 is excellent for gaming. It can reach a 175Hz refresh rate, with the support of FreeSync variable refresh rate and G-SYNC compatibility. The lightning-quick response time makes for smooth motion handling. The curved screen provides an immersive gaming experience. The perfect contrast ratio is great for gaming in dark rooms, as blacks are deep and inky. On the other hand, blacks look purple in bright environments. It also has a low input lag, so gaming on this monitor is responsive. PROS Near-infinite contrast ratio. Buttery-smooth motion. FreeSync VRR support with G-SYNC compatibility. CONS Ambient light causes blacks to have a purple tint. Risk of burn-in with static elements.

I purchased this product to use it with my projector, but I’m now using it with my Samsung TV in my guestroom and my guest love it.

I've been using a 4k screen for a couple of years, but it was a Samsung TV as I wanted a larger screen and nothing in the monitor space yet existed. It was a good experience, I didn't have any issues - regardless of what people say about using TVs as monitors. However, once I noticed that OLED monitors were coming around, I considered going back. I wasn't crazy about dealing with burn-in and the odd ways manufactures try to prevent it. Instead, I wanted to see what Samsung was up to in the gaming monitor space. I came across this and was immediately drawn in because of the high fresh rate and it being 4k. I didn't consider the G8 because I didn't think the even higher refresh rate warranted the extra cost. Once I got the G7 connected, it was like playing games for the first time. Cyberpunk looked incredibly better than my 4k TV, colors popped and I could see details that I couldn't previously. The curvature is a bit odd at first, especially in Windows, but for gaming, I really like it. The high refresh rate was a new experience as well - I hadn't had anything higher than 60Hz, so again it was a new experience. This makes a big different not only in gaming, but using Windows - everything is so smooth. The height adjustment was another helpful feature as I needed it to be in a specific place. Without it, I would have had to use a box or something else unsightly. I'm not an RGB person, but found that I liked messing with the colors and do leave a solid color on most of the time. My only complaint, is the buttons to control the settings. I have some business monitors for work that are also Samsung and they use the same buttons. It's not my favorite and it feels a bit cheap. For an $1100 monitor, I'd expect a bit more, but it's not something I use often. I feel the monitor is on the expensive side, but it is worth it if you have the machine to push high end graphics to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best TV I've ever owned. In 2019 I upgraded to 4k, Prior was a top of line Samsung 55' 1080p with 120hz. When I did the upgrade to 4k (Samsung un65na6900 or something like that) I was misled by the 120 motion vs actual 120hz refresh rate and really didn't know much about 4k. The TV was good but watching sports wasn't because of refresh rate. Now to this TV, wow, the tv is EXCELLENT. I upgraded for my PS5 and out the box its impressive. I used XBox1s to calibrate it even better. I love it, the sound is excellent too. By far best Tv I've owned. I've read reviews about the black level but I haven't seen it. Now if PS5 will update for the VRR and HDMI 2.1 I'll be set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I opted to downgrade the size of my gaming monitor to this beautifully crisp monitor from Samsung. Samsung has done it again with this ViewFinity S8 4K UHD Monitor, The colors are vibrant and crisp. The refresh rate is really awesome when gaming. I loved the ease of assembly and the way you can modify your gaming by turning the monitor vertically. The base really is easy to maneuver and adjust for height, tilt, etc. Pros: Easy to assemble, crisp clean images and high refresh rate. Resolution is also phenominal. Cons: The monitor has no sound accompanied with it. I had to purchase external speakers. Overall, for the price, I don't think this monitor can be beat for the quality you receive. Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung The Freestyle projector is a compact and versatile device that offers impressive performance for its size. Its portability makes it easy to set up anywhere, whether you’re at home, camping, or visiting friends. The image quality is surprisingly good, with bright colors and sharp 1080p resolution, even when projected onto various surfaces. In my experience, it worked well for movies, with clear detail and good contrast in both dark and light scenes. The built-in 360° speaker provides decent audio, though adding an external speaker can improve the overall sound experience. The auto-focus and auto-leveling features are convenient, quickly adjusting the image for an optimal viewing experience without much hassle. It also works well for casual gaming, though it’s not a substitute for a high-end gaming monitor or TV due to some input lag. As a smart projector, it has built-in streaming apps, which makes accessing your favorite content easy without needing external devices. Overall, the Samsung The Freestyle is a solid choice for those looking for a portable projector with good picture quality and useful smart features, perfect for casual movie nights or travel.
