I use a UV filter as a protective filter on all of my lenses because it may take the brunt of a drop or bump, but also because it keeps salt water spray, dust, and sand off of the front element of my lens. But I won't just put any UV filter on my lenses, they need to be clear, without color cast or distortion, and cause no vingetting. This filter fits the bill perfectly. 5 |

I already had a tripod to use with my camera and was looking for one that was very inexpensive to use for a water drop photography kit or to hold a flash if the situation called for it. I was quite impressed of the quality of product considering the cost of it. It exceeded my expectations. It says it is made to hold up to 8 lbs but I would be hesitant to use with my camera. That said, it is perfect for my intended uses. 5 |

Item was shipped fast and promptly. The microscopes works as advertised. You will need to buy blank slides. The lcd screen works much better than standard eye pieces. It is very lightweight and does not take up much space in your home. Don't believe all the negative reviews about this scope. You can see all kinds of living organisms in one drop of pond water. The attached images are some kind of egg sack. (Not sure what it is) that I found in a drop of pond water. Photos were taken from the Pentaview. You can also record video. Comes with a 4 GB SD memory card. 5 |
