I like that they are eco friendly and can be refreshed in the microwave. I had another brand that requires oven use, which is impractical living in an RV. This is the best solution. Bag is sturdy, is flexible to fit into spaces of bags, boxes. 5 |

There were rumors of Samsung switching to a cheaper flash/controller combo due to component shortage. Luckily, B&H seems to have the better kind of stock that is still using Phoenix controller. As for the drive -- not much to say other than it is amazing -- fast & reliable. 5 |

The instructions were crystal clear, and the mount works well with my 82" Samsung. Just one small nit: The plastic covers over the wall bracket both had a plastic clip break as I was removing them per the instructions, so I had to tape them on. Not a big deal for me, since you can't really see them. But it's a fragile design. 5 |

I love how easy it is to use this thing. I previously used the beads that must be renewed by heating them in an oven... which was a pain. This just plugs into an outlet and renews in ~6 hours. I throw it in my moisture sealed DeWalt toolbox to keep my camera accessories dry. My camera and lenses are in a Ruggard dry cabinet. 5 |

I use a large mixing bowl, filled with filtered water. I use the microwave to warm the water, 2-3 minutes, and mix about half the powder. Repeat for the remaining powder. Let it cool over night. 5 |
