Samsung Pass Through Charging

Very fast charging of my Samsung 5 phone.

Perfect fit for my situation, Mac only has 2 ports and this meets all my needs and the pass through charging is great.

Great product , does pass through charging and has 2 solar inputs, I just ordered one extra battery.

I took my first 2 day trip with my Nomatic Travel Pack last week and it was brilliant. Lots of room for 2 days worth of clothes, my computer and office necessities. Super easy access to get out my CPAP, lotions/jells and computer to go through airport security. The only small thing I have noticed that I would change is the location of the charging cord pass through. It is on the left had side of the compartment but the zipper pocket I keep my charger in zips to the right to the cord diagonally crosses the inside of that compartment allowing things to get caught that I am trying to put in the bag. I suggest the charging cord pass through be put in the same side as the zipper closure. Other than that the bag is perfect and have already convinced a colleague to get one!

I have tried many different brands and only the HyperDrive supports power delivery pass-through charging through both USB-C ports. This means I can connect my Thunderbolt 3 SSD through the Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port and charge my MacBook Pro with the other USB-C port at the same time. The other brands force you to choose between Thunderbolt 3 connectivity or pass through charging through a single USB-C port. HyperDrive definitely gives me more options.

I really dig this case, even if you don’t buy any other accessories—the mag safe charging pass through and being able to stick your phone to metal surfaces is super handy!

I submitted an earlier review saying that the power pass through on this cable did not provide power via USB-C to a Pavobulb 10C, this information was partially incorrect. I was confused because I was using a 'Super Fast Charging' phone charger to supply power via USB, while the charger would power the light, it would not power it when connected through the DMX cables USB-C pass-through. This seems to be true with multiple lights and cables. However using a normal charging bank I was able to power the lights using the pass through. I tried a USB charging station with has power output of 5Vdc with some at 2.4A and others at 3A, all of these power ports worked fine through the pass through. So the key takeaway is, some fast chargers for phones will not work through the power pass through on the cable, but most USB-C power ports will work find. Overall I am very happy I was wrong about the cable.

I inherited a 2017 MBP at work and after doing a lot of research and trying out one other product I finally ended up with this hub to be able to accomplish my goal which was: pass through charging, add some usb ports for functionality and ,most difficult to achieve in conjunction with the other two, run a second display at 4k @ 60hz. With this hub and a Type C to Display Port cable it is possible although your power gets plugged into the second port which allows 60W of charging pass through (I believe the MBP would like up to 61W) instead of the 100W you'd get out of the main port but that's the one you need to use to enable 4k @ 60hz. It all seems to be working so I am happy!

Ibiught it for the magsafe for my Samsung S22, now I have a phone that can use a magsafe charging battery

THIS IS VERY GOOD MY CAT CAN'T CHEW THROUGH THIS ONE!!!
