Samsung Pc Laptop Software

This Gen4 NVMe SSD delivers top performance and reliability for gaming, content creation, or any other demanding use. With this drive, I’m confident that data storage will never be the bottleneck in my PC. Installation was a simple matter of plugging the drive into an M.2 slot and tightening a single screw. This non-heatsink version of the SSD was an ideal fit for my PC, which came with its own cooling solution. As a convenient bonus, Samsung offers downloadable data migration software for those who need it. In use, the 990 PRO is an absolute joy. With peak speeds over 7100MB/s, the drive provides a noticeable boost to just about everything I do. Game loading times are blissfully short, Windows boots up in a flash, 4K video editing is a breeze, and browsing through my massive photo collection feels instantaneous. Samsung’s Magician software is easily the most comprehensive among SSD manufacturers, and the company has a long track record of updating their drive firmware whenever the need arises. This level of support gives me peace of mind and is something you just don’t get with cheaper brands. Overall, the 990 PRO is a premium SSD in every way, and I’d recommend it without reservation.

I was helping a friend to get his new laptop up and going and decided to use LapLink's PC Mover to do so. I had used this software once before a few years back and basically forgotten everything about it. Purchased the download version through B&H Photo which went really well, a simple process. Registered the program installed it and followed the instructions, I chose to use the wireless transfer option which PC Mover walk me through the steps, 1hour 45minutes later we were done. This is a fantastic product, in fact I am purchasing another to set up my new computer today.

Great sound. My older Mac could not use the software so I used a PC laptop. Easy to use and great audio

The software worked seamlessly with simple instructions. All of the files from the old pc were copied over to the new laptop. I would recommend this for easy setup!

Requires a dongle to install on laptop, if Samsung Migration Software flaky, other free migration software works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This top of the line NVMe drive from Samsung continues their legacy of producing top of the line solid state drives. The speeds are around 7000Mbps read and write if installed in a desktop or laptop that supports PCIe 4.0 x4. I first tested the drive in a external enclosure and then moved it over to my laptop and getting it installed and setup was no problem. No software comes in the box but you can get Samsung's Magician software from their website. That software is a must if you want to manage, monitor, or customize your drive. Make sure to keep your drive firmware updated too as those can often provide fixes for existing or newly discovered issues. This drive has been great so far and I'll continue to use it as my primary boot drive. Gaming load times have noticeably improved for me too!

Glad I bought this SSD instead of a new laptop. Samsung cloning software worked beautifully. What a performance upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Portable SSD T9 by Samsung became my favorite PC accessory as soon as I started using it. I do a lot of File Transferring, I own quite a bit of SSD Portables, some good some okay, until the T9 has made all the rest obsolete. (Terminated!) The speeds I get from the T9 is comparable to the speed of light! okay J/K, The T9 is a bit faster.. Seriously, this is a great portable for backing up files quickly, safely, and easy. No problems at all. I run the T9 through the Type C cable straight to the laptop with ease. I run two T7's Portables, Type-C flash Drive along with the T9 on a USB Hub to my laptop, through a new and old PC laptop, while multitasking running Apps, backing up files and I still see no hiccups or slower transfer speeds from the T9. The actual physical hardware of the T9 feels tough and well made in your hand, so accidental drops should be no problem at all. My only complaint is, I wish I ordered more than one! Which is what I'm about to do, a Portable SSD T9 4TB just for gaming! Thank You Samsung for raising the bar again!
