I have this connected to a Mac Mini and connecting USB 3.0 card reader, USB 3.0 Samsung portable SSD and LaCie USB 3.0 portable external hard drive and can have all plugged in at once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the new Samsung T9 Portable 1TB SSD drive. The drive is unexpectedly small and quite attractive with a rubber-like covering. I’m very pleased that the drive comes with both USB-A and USB-C cords for attaching to most any type of device. The drive is connected via USB-C to my Mac Studio computer. The Mac OS instantly recognized the drive and allowed me to format it for my Mac (Mac OS Extended Journaled). I tested the speed with a disk speed test utility, which reported 829.8 MB/s (write) and 890.8 MB/s (read). The speed is approximately 11X faster than my other USB external drives. I am struggling with the included Samsung PSSD utility. The app always tells me that the drive is not connected although my Mac sees it and allows me to use it. I’ve tried all of the Samsung troubleshooting suggestions for Mac OS, but it still remains unusable. That really makes no difference for me to use it. Nevertheless, I like everything about the Samsung T9 Portable 1TB SSD drive. It’s a great addition to my system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung USB drive I acquired year ago is a game-changer in the realm of portable storage solutions. What sets it apart is its ingenious design that allows it to be effortlessly attached to a keychain. This feature alone has eliminated my worries about misplacing or damaging it, as it's always securely nestled with my keys. The build quality of this device is exceptional. Despite its small size, it feels sturdy and durable, a testament to Samsung's commitment to crafting reliable tech gadgets. I've carried it around in my pocket alongside my keys, and it has held up remarkably well without any signs of wear or tear. In terms of performance, this USB drive delivers on all fronts. It boasts fast transfer speeds, making file transfers a breeze. Whether I'm backing up important documents or transferring media files, this device gets the job done swiftly and efficiently. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Samsung USB drive to others. It's not just a storage device; it's a piece of tech that seamlessly integrates into your everyday life, providing convenience and peace of mind. If you're in need of a portable storage solution that's reliable and easy to carry, look no further than this gem from Samsung

Great drive. It sure beats the two USB connectors required to power the Samsung portable DVD drive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Samsung T9 Portable SSD 1TB and out of the box it feels FANCY! Love the texture of the drive. The rubber like surface does attract a lot of lint however. The speed to transfer files is great and just what I would expect from USB-C. The small pocket size is perfect for me to toss in a camera bag or laptop bag without adding extra weight. I also am happy with the TWO included cords, just incase I'm working with a device that does or doesn't have a USB-C connection.

I was looking to purchase the Samsung Odyssey 49 monitor, when its price went up just as I was about to buy it. So, I switched to this ASUS ROG monitor, which, at that time was around $300 less expensive. This turned out to be a very good decision for a number of reasons: - I use this plugged in to my work computer, which does not require the monitor to be bleeding edge. This perfectly checks the box - it gives me everything I need and more, and doesn't come with a hefty price tag associated with features I would never require. - This has a curvature of 1800R, unlike the Samsung, which has a curvature of 1000R. This means that it is less curved, which is optimal for me as I tend to have the monitor at a 3-3.5 ft. distance from my eyes. A monitor too curved would cause me challenges at the edges at such a distance. - This has a USB-C port with PD, which greatly simplified the wiring on my desk. I am able to connect my laptop directly to this port and have the rest of the ports on the monitor connect to other accessories like speakers, keyboards, an ethernet cable etc. I was able to swap out a dock as a result of this. - While I don't use them, there are also ports for HDMI and DisplayPort, which would support PBP/PIP. If I were to list any negatives, these would be a couple: - There are only 3 USB ports, and I need to connect 5 devices. This is a minor inconvenience, and I got around this by simply plugging a hub to one of the USB ports. - The placement of the ports is quite inconvenient. Having the ports face downwards in the middle of the back panel poses quite a few challenges while trying to set up the wiring. That being said, it is an activity you only have to do once. All in all, this is a fantastic purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design and Build Quality: The build quality feels solid, and the stand offers good stability. The ability to adjust the height and tilt of the monitor provides ergonomic comfort for extended usage. Display Performance: One of the standout features of the Samsung M7 is its 43-inch display with a 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160). The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and color-accurate, thanks to Samsung's Quantum Dot technology. The monitor's refresh rate of 60Hz is suitable for most tasks, including productivity work, browsing, and media consumption. Smart TV Features: The Samsung M7 monitor comes equipped with Smart TV functionality powered by the Tizen operating system. Connectivity and Ports: The monitor offers a variety of connectivity options, including two HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and a USB-C port. The USB-C port supports data transfer, video output, and even charging compatible devices, which is a convenient feature for those who use USB-C laptops and devices. Audio Quality: The Samsung M7 features built-in stereo speakers with decent audio quality. Pros: Crisp and vibrant 4K display with Quantum Dot technology Sleek and modern design with slim bezels Versatile connectivity options, including USB-C Intuitive Smart TV features with Tizen OS Ergonomic adjustments for comfortable viewing Cons: Limited to a 60Hz refresh rate, not ideal for fast-paced gaming Built-in speakers are decent but not exceptional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP E14 G4 Portable Monitor is exactly what I was hoping for - a decent sized monitor that fits on top of my closed Envy laptop. It provides a useful second extended display for my Envy 27 display. The USB-C cable works perfectly with the USB-C connection from my laptop. The Portable Monitor is light in weight and the foldable stand holds the display at a nice angle. I highly recommend this product.

I needed a compact, simple, high-quality, secondary display to sit beside my main monitor. I very much wanted a portable monitor, but not to actually carry around with me, just not an ordinary display with the clutter of power cord/stand/etc. It will mostly be sitting in one place, but the nature of my work involves frequent changes to all the hardware connected to my system, so a degree of portability is great. What I also didn't really want was the usual origami case/cover/stand that comes with most portable monitors. I think they're great, but just not right for this particular usage. Before the Lenovo I tried an Asus Zenscreen, which was pretty awesome, but had a battery (great for true portable use!) but wouldn't power-up if the battery needed charging, which is a hassle I don't need. The Asus also had an HDMI input, which the Lenovo lacks, and also built-in speakers (if I recall correctly). Again, for true portable use, the speakers are almost a must-have, so for some people the Lenovo won't fit the bill. The lack of HDMI support is a little disappointing, for sure, but even though I would have made use of it, it also wasn't a deal breaker (for me). So, yes, if all you need is the display, and your computer/device supports video over USB-C, this is a great option. Minor gripe is the straight plug and length of the supplied USB-C cable. A right-angled plug and another foot or so of length would have been much better. I had to buy a separate cable, and (as I discovered the hard way!) not many USB-C cables support the alt mode of Displayport-over-USB, and the correct cable wasn't cheap! For me, in this particular scenario, this Lenovo is pretty much perfect. For some people it may be a little too basic, so for those people I'd say try the Asus.

Excellent portable monitor. Well built and seamless usb c integration. Screen is pleasant to look at even after extended period of use, with realistic colours.
