While the Samsung HD is ok naked I strongly suggest using the enclosure

I needed to get some info off a HD from my laptop when it died. It worked perfect.

I use this for backup and to connect to my Samsung C8000 LED TV...works perfectly for both.

I got the 2x battery and 2x charger because it is cheaper than the 2x battery and 1x charger. Not sure why. I only use them with a 7" HD monitor now. I had a Dracast LED light and they were ok on that, but didn't give a long run time. These seem well built enough (I've had them for 9 months), the charger is the typical cheaper type with the removable tray that comes loose when you remove the battery if you aren't careful and is definitely no 'fast charge' machine. I'm happy with them, especially for the price.

LED in the harness indicates read/write operations. Working with both SSD and HD SATA drives, no issues.

I bought this LED light panel for use on a Nikon d7000 mainly for capturing HD video. As advertised, it has a decent 30 foot throw and a wide enough dispersion pattern to be used with a 17mm lens. The dimmer function is fantastic because when I switch to capturing stills, I can attenuate the unit all the way down so the exteremely bright LED's are not offensive to the subject and capture very warm portraits on-the-go without big softboxes.

I use this battery on either my HD monitor or LED lights for about a year now without any issues. I do mainly interview shoots so it has never run out of juice in the middle of a shoot.

This TV is a lot easier to use than the Samsung HD we bought 11 years ago. Direct access to Netflix & Amazon Prime Video, and more manageable controls for everything else. Easy set-up, and this time, our Sonos soundbar is connected directly via HDMI and is controlled by the same controller as the TV. Great improvement.
