Samsung Q70T Soundbar Compatible Rear Speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The Samsung S800D blew me away. I wanted the sound of something better than TV speakers but also aesthetically pleasing. Here meets the S800D. The voices are crisp, music sounds great! If you have a compatible Samsung TV; you can have the best of both worlds with something known as Q-symphony. It combines the soundbar and Tv speakers into a beautiful immersive sounding experience. Another feature which really sets this soundbar above and beyond is active voice amplifier. Picture this, let’s say you are watching a show or movie with high background noise and the characters are talking. By having AVA on it will pickup on the noise and amplify the characters taking; so no dialogue is potentially lost and you don’t need to question what was said. The clarification of dialogue allows me to focus on the show without missing any exciting action. If you’re a gamer like my kids are, take advantage of Samsung’s game mode which is found in this soundbar. It provides more immersion and uses the up firing speakers for more intense sound effects from your gaming if you have the latest systems. If music is more your thing, it offers chrome cast and airplay support which provides better quality than your average Bluetooth connection as well Spotify connect. If you have a compatible Samsung phone you can tap the soundbar and your music will automatically switch over. Want to control your smart TV with your voice or pause your music? The soundbar also as voice assistant capability freeing up needing to get another device. I highly recommend this soundbar. So many features packed into a slim package!

I purchased these speakers after reading on Reddit that they are compatible with my S801b soundbar. My setup is as follows: Samsung freestyle 2 S801b Atmos slim soundbar These 9500 speakers. The freestyle and soundbar aren't wired and connect via WIFI which to me was quite a shock because I have a separate setup in my other room with Yamaha amp, 5 speakers and a sub. To find that the freestyle and soundbar didn't even need a cable and delivered Atmos over WiFi was quite frankly, incredible. The subwoofer is especially great. I then decided I needed rear speakers and I looked at various options, there were a couple of models and one even had a separate box that the speakers wired into; I wasn't a fan of those. After reading a few Reddits I thought I would take a gamble and even though the soundbar isn't listed as compatible, I went for it. After unboxing the speakers I connected them to the mains then switched on the soundbar and pressed up to sync. The soundbar found the speakers straight away and hey presto it all worked! The sounds is brilliant and totally understand sync with no dropouts. I would recommend connecting these devices to your 5ghz WiFi network and connecting all your other stuff to 2.4 to prevent any interference just to be certain. To be clear these speakers need a mains socket each but otherwise they are wireless with no extra connection box. The rears also include Atmos height speakers so there are 4 rears in total. They aren't just a normal pair so well worth the cost. Samsung you need to update your compatibility charts to include the 800 and 801b. I can't fault these at all, the Atmos bubble everything creates is perfect and better than a thousand pounds worth of separates with not a speaker cable in site.

Adding these rear speakers really made a difference and made me appreciate my HW-Q700A soundbar

i connected these to the samsung hw-801s soundbar and they really completed the sound. the rear speakers are clear and more than loud enough. once i figured out to adjust the surrounds volume through the soundbar remote they were great. i actually had put the volume too high and turned down the volume a little. i recommend if you get these to read some of samsung’s responses to other low rated reviews, it helped me figure out how to adjust them. hopefully the next version of these can be made smaller though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a home audio lover and movie fan, I really enjoy the Samsung HW-910D soundbar, especially with its rear speaker kit and Space Fit Sound feature. The rear speakers make my bedroom feel like a movie theater, giving me clear and immersive sound from every direction. The Space Fit Sound feature is great because it adjusts the audio to fit my room perfectly, making everything sound just right. However, the soundbar could be easier to use. Its settings are a bit complicated to navigate using the remote and I would recommend using the Samsung SmartThings app to adjust them. The only setting you can’t adjust from the app appears to be the rear speaker level. Overall, the soundbar makes movies and music sound fantastic at home, especially those that have Dolby Atmos.

Sound bar sounds amazing. Impressed how much bass the soundbar alone has. I also bought the sub and 2 rear speakers and the whole set up sounds amazing. Definitely recommend.

I purchased the 700 Soundbar then added the rear speakers and was very pleased but wanted more bass for music and movies. Read the reviews and just purchased. The bass 700 module makes the whole system. It’s almost not worth buying if you don’t get the base module. Had it up and running in 5 minutes and did a sound check then listened to music. OMG it was awesome and worth the cost.

was worried about investing in these speakers based on reviews bur i really didn’t have any trouble at all. i did have to try pairing these to my q800a soundbar twice but its an easy pair to do so i wasn’t angry it didn’t work the first time. as for volume, i turned that up on the rear speakers and the sound is great. i could probably turn it down but i like hearing the rear channel clearly. if you havethe compatible dolby soundbar, i recommend these speakers.

Besides setting the rear and top levels volume to +6 I found out that by using the adaptive sound mode this is where the 9500S surround speakers shine on, the sound of my Q8000A soundbar was already amazing (be it music, movies , video games, everything sounds great) but when I paired the surround speakers with the soundbar I realized what I had been missing out, it was night and day , as soon as the rear speakers kicked in I knew I was in for a treat, it's just truly amazing the sound I get from these speakers working in tandem with my soundbar. I will no longer use a soundbar without rear speakers, and these not needing a hub to connect to is just the icing on the cake.

A fantastic soundbar that delivers everything you need and more. Paired with a couple of Ones as rear speakers and a subwoofer for base my living room now feels like the cinema! Worth every penny.
