Samsung Range Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A wonderful quality Samsung 50" QN90D television. The television comes well packed with clear instructions on the box as to how to open it and then the provided manual guides you through the rest of the assembly and setup. Setup is very easy through the mobile app, but you can also do it via the television also. It helps to have a Samsung account which is easy to setup also. It is worth also connecting your television to the internet at this stage also. Scanning for channels was also a breeze and the main UI and apps are well presented and easy to access. The television comes with two remotes, one full and one smaller cut down with basic controls but very useful and which is also chargeable via solar or USB. The television has different image pre-set modes and manual adjustment so you can adjust your image to your liking as well as type of television you are watching and lighting conditions you are in. The images are nice and crisp and clear with really good definition. When it comes to sound the onboard speakers are very good with excellent range from base through to higher tones. The ability also to use smart features and control the television and smart devices vocally is also very handy. In addition to watching television or online streaming services, you can also play games and hook up a controller, or link your PC to the television and also play games or use as a monitor and the refresh rate is very good. There are a lot of hdmi as well as other ports on the rear to connect other devices to your television. Samsung also provides a lot of apps as well as their own free streaming service of television episodes, films, news and even sport. Overall a really good television with excellent audio and visual capabilities which fits really well in my 4m by 4m room.

Micro USB fits most newer phones. Samsung Galaxy recognized it, but had to do manual folder transfers.

I had to learn a whole new vocabulary to understand the implications of the different specifications; once I received it, I needed to read the manual to figure out the various menu options and how to make the changes. I have a copy of the manual downloaded to my phone for easy reference! I liked that the radios have rechargeable batteries and a charging base, both via USB. with the option to use 3 AAA batteries in a pinch. They charged quickly and I found the battery life was quite long on stand-by. They have long-range capability with high and low power settings, though you need ideal conditions to maximize this. I got at least a mile of coverage with trees and other obstructions. I loved that I can get weather alerts as well as weather forecasts; this can be more reliable than using my cell phone when I'm out in the woods or ponds. Real life: It worked well over a mile with a combination of lake and trees. On a recent camping trip, I arrived before others and went off to explore, so I left a radio at camp and asked them to radio me when they arrived. We used the radio to keep in touch while hiking and kayaking. Messages are transmitted clearly and easily. I didn't fully test the full-range, but am very pleased with this.

Have used only in the studio where they have worked perfectly, have not tested the max range. I have used both in ETTL mode and manual mode and been able to fine tune the flash head zoom. All have just worked, no issues. Use with a Canon 600 EX-RT and a Yongnuo YN622C-TX. Both the Transmitter/Controller and Receiver/Flash Trigger use AA batteries same as my SpeedLites. Only one kind of spare battery to carry!

Very sharp and the color is great. It's very quiet to focus and fast. The focus ring it's nice because you can focus at any time without switching to manual the bad thing about the focus ring is that it does not have any scale or infinity symbol. so if you want to manual focus lets say to Infinity, you don't know if this is a type of lens you go all the way to the stop and leave it or back it off alittel bit? The Zoom ring was very tight and it had a little hang up near the 70 millimeter range. That was a concern for me, B&H is very cooperative letting me Test/check out a couple of their other lenses, one new and one used, and they all felt the same. just so you know this lens seems to have a little stiffness/indent type of feel around the 70 millimeter range. I tried to other lenses at the store and they had the same feel so I'm going to say this is normal for this particular lens. That's really the worst of it. I think it's a great lens well worth the money. This may not be right but I also noticed at taking pictures at night seem to be easier with this lens even though it's not a fast lens maybe it's that HD coating? Great lens give it a try.

This lens is good in both automatic focus and manual, crisp, good close up range. Color rendition, good stop range, second purchase, also used on a D40 worked great.

I shoot professionally with full range of Fuji and Nikon glass but have to say I'm really loving this voigtlander 23mm as my personal go-to all-around lens [on XT-5]. Good edge to edge sharpness wide open; great bokeh; beautiful character....then stop down and get super sharpness and depth; feels like 2 lenses in one. Electronic coupling works well. smooth manual focusing with peak. Nice to have manual scale to zone focus for street photography. Highly recommended.

Frankly, I never thought I'd enjoy this little aircraft as much as I do. The buy was on a whim. I own most all of the DJI Prosumer drones. I can easily say that the Avata is the most fun I've had with any of my fleet. The drone can be parked in a shoebox, flown where no other drone can be flown with confidence. Keep in mind that I'm NOT an FPV pilot per se. That will change! I do own the big brother, the DJI FPV. Neither of these aircraft have been flown in Manual mode, yet. I feel that the Avata is the easiest way to learn to fly in Manual mode. Time will tell... The goggles are crystal clear (and a bit uncomfortable on my nose). They provide excellent line of sight range. I can say that I ran out of electrons BEFORE I ran out of miles. But range is NOT what this little drone is all about. This aircraft is all about up close and personal with your subjects. Penetration through houses and forests has not been a problem as long as you stay within 3,000 feet or so (FCC). Highly recommended!
